We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was in a great location for the theatres and other London sight's. Our room was a good size as was the bathroom and everywhere was very clean . The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices and the lounge, bar area was very comfortable. All the staff and especially the concierge were...

Spent 2 days in this Radisson in London, while the price was on par with what you usually pay at the London edition a few km away the quality was disappointing, I upgraded myself to a business class room that felt more like a shoebox with bathrooms that reminded me of a very small college dorm bathroom for the price...

Excellent location, staff very efficient and welcoming. Relaxing stay in the heart of London. We've been before and would definitely return. Hotel easy walking distance from most areas or Underground nearby.

I stayed here for a single night earlier this year to attend an event. It's one of the better Radisson properties I've stayed in so far. Nice small hotel with great staff in a really cool location. Would definitely stay here again, in fact I'm looking forward to it!

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Mercer Street to go to a show. We booked the 'cozy' double rooms and they were small but beautifully formed! We were very aware that the rooms would be small when we booked and they were usual for central London. The position was superb for shows and Covent Garden. Breakfast was served at the...

This was booked in advance as a gift for myself, my sister and my mum. On arrival we were told that the card my dad used over the phone had only reserved the booking, not paid for it. As the rooms came to over £550 it was a good job that my mum had her credit card on her and...

Dear MrsKSG, Thank you for your review. I am glad you were able to enjoy your stay with us. I do apologise about the confusion. We do take a card when the booking in made however this is just to guarantee the booking, we then need the card on arrival for the chip & pin process. This is just to...

Excellent location, the hotel is located close to all the action, so you can go anywhere on foot. A pub is beside a hotel, so that can be unnervingly for some people. Breakfast is not a surplus, but it is good. The rooms are extremely small, claustrophobic already. We asked for a larger room, but we were told that we...

Whether you're headed here to check out the multitude of shops, theaters, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, or simply to be among the multitude of people who pass through this pretty part of town, you'll love soaking up the festive and historic atmosphere in and around Covent Garden. Even if you don't have tickets to the opera or a show at one of the many famous theaters here, don't be surprised if find yourself captivated by some impromptu act of a street performer wowing the crowds in Covent Garden's Piazza.
