Everything about our 3 night stay at this fab boutique hotel was wonderful from the moment we entered to our day of departure. All staff showed professionalism and care for our comfort. Ed checked us in and was very helpful and again very kind and considerate on check out. The breakfasts were outstanding and staff very attentive. We also enjoyed a nightcap some evenings in the bar. Our hotel room was very comfortable and clean. And also quiet which was a bonus. The hotel is in an excellent location. Would most definitely return.

We only stayed one night before joining our tour group. The area was full of shops and pubs to enjoy and the theater district. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The manager, Ed, was so helpful in directing us to museums, banks, and booking a tour of the city. We plan to stay here again.

A poor hotel n the heart of the WestEnd. We paid a reasonable price at £450 per night but our room was the smallest of double rooms next to the lift. The room was disappointing but my full english breakfast was left untouched.. The coffee and orange juice was nice but I expected better for £26 each!

Very pleased with this hotel. Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Right in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood with an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was small as you would expect in any big city hotel but was certainly comfortable and didn’t feel squished . Also- whoever decided to soundproof the windows deserves a raise. It was very noisy on the street in the evening with a a pub right across. When you opened the windows you could hear but the minute they closed- silence. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

My wife and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Mercer for 2 weeks. Our stay there exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by the Laust, the Front Office Manager. He couldn’t have been nicer or more informative. Whenever we met him, he was always asking how were we doing and if we needed anything, while offering us great advice. Our premium room was very comfortable and was always very quiet. Our room was kept clean daily by a very good housekeeping crew. They also left us 2 bottles of water every day. The location near Covent Garden and in the heart of the Seven Dials is wonderful. There are a multitude of restaurants and shops in all 7 directions. If you love going to the theatre, several are a short walk away. We highly recommend this hotel.

What a great location! We had a corner suite and it was full of light with a nice view of Seven Dials. It had a walk-in closet with plenty of room to put away our clothes for a ten day stay, while keeping the rest of the suite free of clutter. All the staff at the hotel are very professional. The breakfast is very much worth getting as that staff is also great. This was our second time to stay here and we’ll stay here again.

This was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve had. The location and hotel are great. What was beyond outstanding was the service. I discovered that my travel charger didn’t work…within minutes of requesting, I was given one. I was feeling the onset of a cold…within minutes of requesting salt (for gargling), I was given a small bottle of table salt. Every interaction with the concierge was world class…professionalism and kindness. This hotel is a keeper for me for future trips to London!!
