Amazing time spent at this hotel celebrating our daughters’ end of exams. Couldn’t of been made to feel any more special. Huge thanks to Paul in reception for his outstanding customer service and going above and beyond. This hotel is very lucky to have you! The location is just perfect. All of the staff we met were friendly and attentive. Our room was great and bed was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was super and again the staff in the restaurant were great. Couldn’t fault this hotel and can honestly say this is the best customer service we have received and I have stayed at many hotels across the world. Can’t wait to come back with my other daughter. Thank you again for the most wonderful stay.

We have just returned from a two nights stay at this great hotel. Location is perfect within a 5 minute walk to Leicester Square underground. Our room was on the 7th floor and we had a great view of the London Eye and The Shard. Room was as expected and the complimentary mineral water was great as the weather was so hot. What really made the stay however were the early check in and late check out which meant we had three full days to enjoy. All staff we interacted with were helpful and polite. Hotel was spotless and breakfast very good with lovely fresh fruit and perfectly poached eggs!

Stayed here a couple of times in the last month. Hotel is well located in Seven Dials, although strangely hard to find (a tiny Radisson sign). The front desk staff are welcoming. Despite a great welcome and location the hotel has a cold, impersonal feeling. The lounge area is uninviting. The bedroom itself is decent (King bed was v comfy) but the aircon hardly cools the room. Breakfast is hugely overpriced. £19 for some Tiny yoghurt, a tea, and 2 small eggs on a small piece of ciabatta. One front desk member even recommended eating elsewhere for breakfast. Overall a clean hotel but doesn’t Make you want to hurry back

Dear FrankM1980, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, we truly appreciate it as we strive to improve our guests' experience. We are delighted to hear you found the overall hotel to be clean and the staff welcoming. I am truly sorry to hear we didn't manage to make a lasting impression, due to the furniture being anonymous and the breakfast not satisfactory. I have passed on your feedback in regards to both, please be assured we will be looking into it. FrankM1980, we truly hope you will be giving us a second chance to gain your trust! We will be looking forward to welcoming you back. Warm Regards, Fabiana Polito Front Office Manager fabiana.polito@edwardian.com

Stayed here last weekend with my daughter. We had originally booked the Radisson Grafton Street but we're moved here as it was closed. To be honest, we totally lucked out. The rooms are small but have everything you need. We were on the first floor and there was a bit of noise later on. If you are travelling with kids or are a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a higher floor. Mind you, it didn't stop my daughter sleeping like a log! Two things really make this hotel - the location and the staff. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from Leicester Square Tube which has connections to just about everywhere you'd want to go. It also feels very safe. The staff are amazing and know that it's the little things that make a difference - giving my daughter honey for a warm milk at bedtime, remembering my drink order and taking time to chat with her about waking up early! I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
