Stayed here last weekend with my daughter. We had originally booked the Radisson Grafton Street but we're moved here as it was closed. To be honest, we totally lucked out. The rooms are small but have everything you need. We were on the first floor and there was a bit of noise later on. If you are travelling with kids or are a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a higher floor. Mind you, it didn't stop my daughter sleeping like a log! Two things really make this hotel - the location and the staff. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from Leicester Square Tube which has connections to just about everywhere you'd want to go. It also feels very safe. The staff are amazing and know that it's the little things that make a difference - giving my daughter honey for a warm milk at bedtime, remembering my drink order and taking time to chat with her about waking up early! I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

This hotel has it all! Location is fantastic. In the heart of London. The rooms are charming and loads of character. I had a room with a view of THE EYE lite up at night in red! Lovely way to end the day. The staff is amazing too. Head Concierge Ed Parkes will make sure you are happy and has great recommendations for dining. He is very professional and friendly! Sofiane at he desk makes a great Latte! I can't wait to return.

Nice hotel, polite and efficient staff, nice room - I gave it 4 stars because I felt things in the room were in the wrong order - I don’t like towels hung above the toilet - get space is an issue. I didn’t like the mirror being on the bathroom door as it was always steamed up when we had a shower and no dressing table and mirror for when I needed to apply my make up before going out. On the up side the side rooms were generous, all the staff were nice and reception was efficient.

We had a mini break in London. Ideal location in Theatreland/Covent Garden. In walking distance of Leicester Square and Chinese Quarter and Soho. Just one tube ride on the Northern line to Euston and a short walk. We booked a premium room on the 6th floor. It had a king sized bed , small bathroom with bath and shower with shower gel and shampoo and conditioner and body lotion provided. Bathrobes and slippers were provided in room with coffee machine, kettle, TV, iron and ironing board provided and a hair dryer. Housekeeping service was provided with excellent service. Breakfast was included but the hotel does not have vegetarian sausages for the veggie cooked breakfast. Food was high quality produce. Cereals are limited. Smoothies are an additional extra but when we wanted to order one at breakfast we were told they were not doing them today so don't understand why advertised. There are 2 lifts that worked well. Could see the Shard and London Eye from window. AC controls were blank and had no indicator and the bulb above the door made the entrance if the room dark. Windows could be opened so left open all the time to keep room fresh and cool. Staff are nice and an umbrella was provided in the room for when it was raining. Would stay here again.
