Stayed just one night and very impressed. The check-in was very efficient, room small but perfectly formed and comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Great nights sleep and despite the fact that we were in central Convent Garden you couldn't hear a sound outside. All in all a great place to stay.

Just returned from a 2 night mini break to London with my teenage daughter. The hotel was a few minutes walk from Covent Garden Underground. Check- in was quick and staff extremely pleasant and helpful. We had a room on the 7th floor. The room was a cosy double, small but plenty of room for the 2 of us, well... More

Overall a really nice hotel that I would reccomend. It’s so central and very comfortable. Things I really liked: • Central location, right in the heart of Covent Garden. • All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Could not be any better! • Quiet at night despite central location. I slept really well! • Comfortable bed and really plush pillows.... More

Stayed one night Thursday 21 July, had a text message at midday to say I could check in and choose my room online, which I did, chose Room 612. Check in itself was remarkably smooth and easy despite my reservations of using the mobile check in. Walked past the quirky gold sheep and oversized chair in reception (which I loved... More

We were fortunate enough to stay at this hotel for 5 nights and it was wonderful! The location is great, you can walk everywhere! Two underground stations not even 5 min walk from hotel and the breakfast was awesome. The staff was very helpful and friendly but I have to mention one by name: Ed. Ed is the concierge at... More

Great online booking facility able to select room in advance. No parking at hotel but used Q-Park Chinatown which is only a few minutes walk away. Great location at Seven Dials - very picturesque. Well decorated with some quirks - loved the gold sheep in the foyer. Had a basic room but very good quality. Lots of extras in the... More

I found this Radisson to be very well located very close to Soho Square. The room is larger than several I've found in London. The staff were quite professional and expedient at both check-in & check-out. I had breakfast downstairs several mornings and found the food enjoyable from fresh fruit to warm options as well. Air Conditioning worked very well... More

We arrived at the hotel before the official check in time but were lucky enough to find our rooms were ready. The reception staff were all very friendly, polite and efficient.
