During my stays, i often come for meetings and often work in the lounge area of the hotel. Though located in the beating heart of Covent Garden, London's famous theatre district, the place is an oasis of calm. The service of the friendly staff is always exceptional. I simply can't think of a better place to stay

Lovely hotel, great location, helpful, pleasant staff, grateful for the upgrade. Such a shame about the lack of sleep from the never ending street noise!! Avoid the first floor, ask for a room as high as possible if you enjoy a good nights sleep!!!

Dear lovetoholiday40, Thank you for taking the time to review the Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel. We are really pleased to read that many aspects of your stay were very positive - from the hotel itself, to the location, to the friendly and helpful staff who take pride in delivering great service. The hotel is really lovely and perfectly located for Covent Garden and Soho etc but the reason I'm writing the review is because they were so good during the Covid-19 situation - one, in terms of price, and two, in terms of flexibility. I needed to stay in London for work and this place was perfect with lovely staff letting me stay on a little later so I could finish my work in my room.

The hotel is in an ideal location in the Seven Dials area, surrounded by restaurants, bars, theatres and boutique shops, and a few minutes walk to Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. All of the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant and bar are modern and comfortable. Like many hotels in central London, the rooms are not large, but our room, an upgrade from standard, was clean, well-decorated with all comforts.
