Our weekend stay at the Radisson was amazing! Everything was perfect. Receptionists were always friendly & helpful. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed, it comes with great amenities, had an iron, umbrella, robes & slippers and plenty of towels. Spacious bathroom & great location.

Firstly we hadn’t booked this hotel we’d booked the Hampshire and on the day we were told that we’d be staying at the Mercer. The Mercer was lovely and we were greeted by welcoming check in staff as part of my Expedia vip we had £30.00 for food and beverages and this had been transferred to this booking as well. In my latest email from radisson on about the change of hotels it stated about an upgrade of room we were given room 304 and was lovely and spacious so don’t know if it was upgraded or not. The only downside was the window didn’t shut properly and there was a lot of outside noise that kept us awake on and off during the night. Dressing gowns had curry stains on them but you could smell they were clean. Breakfast was lovely and even though didn’t look a lot it was very filling and staff yet again couldn’t do enough to make sure you were all ok. Extra check out time was perfect and ready for our next hotel stop. I’d stay here again as long as I was guaranteed a room that wasn’t facing the street as it’s in a perfect location. We stay in London quite a lot and have never stayed in this area.

We stayed here in late October. After having booked the Hampshire hotel we only found out that this hotel is not currently open and we had been moved to Mercer Street on the day of our arrival! After doing quick research we then spoke to the receptionist at the hotel who upgraded our stay from a Premium Room to a Junior Suite. They couldn’t have been more helpful. After 3 nights we were happier that we had stayed in this hotel. The location could not be better anywhere in central London. Short walks to almost all nearby attractions and the area is flooded with bars shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and all covid protocols were implemented to good effect. Our room was very spacious and cleaned every day, and it is in a very picturesque part of the capital. The next visit we make to London, we will 100% be returning to Radisson Blu Mercer Street for sure!

Incredible stay with my little girl this week. So very well organised, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. I was super early and so popped in and asked if I could leave my bags (10am) and the room was already available and they gave me the keys there and then. Will definitely stay again, thank you!
