Wish we had tried this hotel a lot earlier. The location is ideal for the theatres, 2 cinemas less than a minute away. Situated adjacent to the square. Had a 4th floor room on the square side and had the best nights sleep in London I have had as the is no traffic outside. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Definitely going to stay again.

Walk to Chinatown, Parliament at Westminster Bridge, Trafalgar Square, or Piccadilly Circus. Great location for the theater. We walked to St Martin’s theater to see The Mousetrap. This is an elegant hotel with excellent staff. The breakfast is fantastic. Good food and service!

This hotel is a perfect location for central London theatres, shopping and restaurants. Service is fabulous and the size of the room was fantastic. Although the room appeared a little tired the quality of the bathroom and the comfort of the bed made up for this completely. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Don't always believe the pictures you see. Hotel looks large on advertisement but is not, hard to find. Alley view for the price we paid. Shower is a mess and an accident waiting to happen. Bath mat on floor is definitely needed so you don't have to use your towels.

The rooms are very large and very deluxe. Bed extremely large with comfortable mattress and pillows. Food at the Steak-N-Lobster restaurant was great. Love the Chandeliers throughout the hotel. Very close to airport was an added bonus.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and a wonderful atmosphere. They knew it was my daughters 21st birthday and they dressed her room with balloons and roses with out even being asked. The touch and kindness was great.

Bar opening hours were extremely disappointing. 11.15 pm through the week and 10 pm on Sunday evening. Room facilities non existent as no drinks menu in room and bar extension going straight to switchboard, telling you the office is closed. Night manager had told us that room service was available but was clearly not. People pay a lot of money to stay here. People are here on much needed breaks so a night time drink at the bar, in Central London should be available. Extremely disappointing

Right in the heart of everything, like-new rooms and facilities, courteous and responsive staff, reasonable value — we highly recommend this hotel. Our only negative is a shower configuration which makes it difficult to avoid soaking the bathroom floor.
