Great hotel, good food, comfortable rooms, very central, lovely helpful staff. The bathrooms could do with an update as well as the inbuilt furniture. Would definitely recommend and will visit again, hopefully soon.

Hotel's Favorite
Perfectly located in Leicester Square, public rooms are fresh and modern and the air conditioning welcomingly effective. Staff were all faultless, very welcoming and attentive throughout. Breakfast is excellent, great choice and excellent quality. Our bedroom was small and the brown décor a bit dingy and scuffed. Definitely ready for a refresh. Having said that, everything was immaculately clean, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom very well appointed with a fabulous shower. So a very comfortable and restful stay. Rooms at the front of the hotel (ours was 207) overlook the square, half of which is currently an unsightly building compound. However it also overlooks the main entrance to the Odeon Cinema and the red carpet compound. If you are lucky enough to be there when there’s a film premiere, you will have a ringside seat. The virtual concierge app worked really well when checking in and accessing our room, we were able to get in hours ahead of the published check-in time. However, it failed miserably when we tried to order room service with our meal failing to appear at all. When we raised this on check-out we were immediately offered an apology and a generous rebate. Strongly recommended.

I traveled for business reasons and wanted a hotel close to the office and the event i am attending, so the location was perfect. I expected to have a larger and better room for the price i paid. The sofas were in bad condition. The stay was ok but the value of the money is very low.

Hotel is lovely, rooms may be a little outdated but were super clean. Amazing restaurant in house the "Leicester Square Kitchen" more than made up for the rooms. Amazing Mexican/Peruvian small plates of food. Worth coming back just for that. Massive shout out to Sonia also who was on the breakfast shift. As my daughter commented "that's the kind of energy you want to meet in the morning" :)

There is a big construction site in front of the hotel, that the reception staff didn't inform about neither at the time of booking or check-in. I booked Studio suite with a view for 760 GBP per night. I got a view on a big construction site. I would preferred to be informed about that upfront. Very poor customer service.

The reception staff are very kind and helpful. The location is amazing. I stayed at a superior king bed room with a view of London Eye and Big Ben. It was extremely clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast could have been better in terms of variety, taste and the temperature of cooked food. Overall it was a great stay at a great location.

Took my husband away for our Silver Wedding Anniversary, we needed an accessible room, the reception team upgraded us to a suite. The staff could not have been more helpful, they were all brilliant. The breakfasts were delicious. We wanted to see some shows, this hotel was the perfect walking distance for all the theatres we wanted to visit.
