We stayed with friends celebrating a birthday, great room for them, ours was ok apart from the view of the building opposite which was a toilet with the window open show all the women using it. So reception was called, no other rooms available and said we can move you to a different hotel! after spending nearly £500 on two... More

Radisson Blu at Leicester Square is value for money as it has a great location within walking distance to Chinatown, the theatres and Trafalgar Square and even Piccadily Circus & Oxford Street. Enjoyed fantastic daily breakfast with good spread and spacious room. Hotel appears medieval on outside but interior of room actually modern and newly-renovated. Convenient as very near to... More

Stayed here for 5 nights to start a trip to England. The location is fantastic, convenient to everything. The staff is first rate and was helpful in so many ways that our entire experience in London was enhanced by the service. Our room, a Superior Room, was very well equipped but very small. I had to sidle around the bed... More

Visited London on many occasions and can honestly say I only used the metro from the airport. This hotel is literally central...it's perfect. Arrived late Friday and was given room 209. First impressions, we thought the room was small for the price. But was happy with the decor and cleanliness. Decided to ask if all the rooms were this size... More

Bang in the middle of Leicester Square so walking distance to everywhere. Saw a couple of film premiers, and Matt Damon. Breakfast and rooms were great and check in service was excellent, all round recommended if you want to be in the centre of everything

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
