Room was clean and tidy, very helpful staff. Could have done with a mini fridge as room was very warm but other than that no complaints. We were attending a gig at Wembley Stadium, although quite far out there were decent transport links and the staff provided a printout of various routes. Would definitely stay here again.

If your looking for a cheap hotel in London then you could go for the Boston Manor, the rooms not bad but getting to it is a Warren of stairs and halls Harry Potter style. Free car park and free breakfast all for just £65 however you have a low to no chance of actually getting a seat either in the small restaurant which only seats 20 percent of its patrons or the rooms toilet which is rather shoe horned in. Budget hotel that just does the job, it's close to the tube though so quick to London central if you want a base to operate from and was ideal for Wembley I would advise bus the tube needs a lot of changes to get to Wembley. Not the greatest but then you don't pay Thier prices.

We were well looked after, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone of the staff members were very friendly and we received a great welcome. Couldn’t expect anything more for the price, very reasonable and great value.

So we went to check in but noticed the druggie laying just out side the main carpark gate there was nowhere to park. When I told the front desk clerk that we were not going to stay as it didn't look safe or clean, he stood in front of our car blocking us holding us hostage and from being able to leave We called the police and they spoke to him using my phone for 18mins eventually I got my phone back off of him and we managed to get out of there. We have been traveled and stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the worst place we have ever had the misfortune to drive into

Response from Rajsondh, Front Office Manager at Boston Manor Hotel

Dear Guest, We note your claims about the argument in the car-park, and your suggestion of unprofessional conduct by our staff. I must report that these are totally disproved by our cctv records. These show plainly that there were plenty of parking spaces. Also, the receptionist could not have been blocking your exit, since he was speaking to your party on the passenger side if the car. The police had been called-in to help retrieve some of the hotel’s own documents, containing confidential material, which you had unlawfully appropriated. Owing to the threatening behaviour of your party towards the receptionist (also confirmed on cctv), he returned to the hotel without being able to bring back the documents, while you drove off.
