This small well-located hotel was refurbished three or four years ago, and so the fixtures and fittings are pretty much up to date. The lack of an elevator is a bit of a drag, especially if your room is on the third floor, but then again the exercise is good for you. It's a modest little hotel property which is...

Stayed in a triple room - double and single. Decent amount of space around the beds and reasonably sized bathroom with shower. Room was absolutely silent - we didn't know we were in the centre of London. Also couldn't hear underground trains under the property so presumably it is located away from the tracks. Some people have criticised absence of...

Booked a last minute flight to England to make a purchase and booked this hotel the day before. I was happy when we arrived that the rooms were very good. Compared to a lot of London hotel rooms they are big and have an excellent bathroom. The bed is comfortable also. The hotel is small but I think that adds...

Good size family room on top floor and very comfortable. Friendly staff who were also helpful over the phone to help me with the 10% discount. I will stay again if I want a hotel near Paddington for a family trip to London.

Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel in a good location and quick check in. Room with shabby furniture and without elevator. The bathroom was Ok. We found our room with the door opened after cleaning. Breakfast was poor with bad quality of coffee.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. Ideal location for visiting central london. Short walk from Lancaster Gate or Paddington tube and good bus connections also. Some nice bars and restraunts in the side streets nearby Modern and clean rooms. Good buffet breakfast. Would stay here again. Stairs could be a problem for older people or families

Too many stairs without an elevator. One of our towels had a huge hole. We did not have hot water for shower and after we reported the issue at the reception they told us that it was fixed and we could have hot water. Unfortunately, either they did not check it at all or just played with us as we...

Friendly and quick check in. My room was on the basement floor. Single bed, large cupboard, with small safe, table and large bathroom. Fittings modern with clean lines. Spotless. Warm. Good location, two blocks from Paddington. Thank you.

We chose this hotel for our family as a last monent choice as the previous choice was not upto any standards. The online reviews and features looked good. In my experience, the rooms are clean, matresses comfortable, modern bathroom, with tolietteries and hairdryer provided. The breakfast, though good was very limited with no hot breakfast option. The staff are helpful....

This is a nice little hotel only a few minutes walk from Paddington station. I had a nice little room at the top of the hotel (3 flights of stairs may be an issue if you have a lot of baggage!). The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, and the check in/out process was very easy. All in...
