Rooms very small (cuz I'm from America) lol... but staff is very nice. Rooms are hooked up with cool electronics and I love the espresso machine!! Also.... William Rafter manning the bar is EXCELLENT!! 👍👍 order the hot toddy!!
Centrally located within walking distance of most amenities. Good value for money. Cosy atmosphere and helpful staff. Free wifi. Quiet area as garden is opposite hotel. Full English breakfast is complementary.

Good location, friendly helpful staff, the hotel is nice, clean and quiet. close to a central tube stations. we came as a family and stayed in 3 different rooms. all the rooms were nice, not too big but normal for central london.
Imagine you're back in the 1970's. The three-day week. Day-Glo Crimplene, loon pants, stacked-heel boots and exposed chest hair. Feeling nostalgic already? Then the four-star Quality Crown Hyde Park is the place for you. Except it isn't Hyde Park, more Paddington. And it isn't four-star. It really isn't. A tide of swirly carpet leads from a cracked threshold to a tired reception area staffed by people whose first language palpably isn't English. The staff were however the one stand-out aspect for their niceness, honesty and general professionalism. They deserve much, much better. The room had decor specially selected by Stevie Wonder with colourways by way of Liberace. Room indulgences, as in the 70's, just aren't. Don't try looking for dressing gowns, designer toiletries or decent coffee. You'd find an honest London estate agent quicker. The black vinyl-clad bar slammed shut at 11 pm sharp, just like the good old days. This would be a four-star hotel but only in a former Soviet republic. At over £160 a night on discount, one to avoid.…
