First of all this stay was great value for money in a location that was fab for trips into the city (£49). The hotel itself is fine - just what you expect from a HIExpress - especially in the public areas. The room was maybe a little tired but factor in parking on site (if you get there early enough) and you really can't complain. But it was Tooba on reception who made the stay memorable. She was fab - warm, welcoming and chatty. She helped make our evening a success after advising us on the best places to eat in the evening.

Very warm and professional welcome from Tooba on reception. She was very polite and attentive. 10 / 10. Hotel room clean hotel its self clean and fresh. Will stay here again. Thank you Tooba and all the front desk staff for being so professional and made us feel very welcome.

Stayed here for the night recently. Parked at the hotel then 3 weeks later, received a £100 parking fine reduced to £60 if payed now. There is no notification during the on-line booking & reception can't be arsed to tell you of the charge. We didn't see any signs in the car park but looking on Google maps, there is a sign on the wall near the entrance but this is next to a parking bay & sight of this was blocked by a vehicle. I'm not that daft to think I can get away without paying and avoiding a fine if I'm made aware of the need to pay parking fees. First time I've driven to London - won't be doing it again & will certainly be avoiding this hotel at all costs

Room double booked despite specific disability needs. Apparently this happens a lot with this room as it’s the only one - which is why I’d booked it. Breakfast not as advertised. No fried or poached eggs. Bacon all gone. No Cumberland sausages, tomatoes, black pudding or mushrooms.

Arrived for a weekend stay visiting family. We regularly use this hotel because of the location, convenience to the rail station and bus services. Breakfast service is OK but having stayed at the Holiday Inn Central, Milton Keynes (September), Wandsworth is not anywhere in the same league! Cereals, with fruit and one plain yoghurt are "spooned" from bowls. Bacon always cooked close to being dried out and two "toast" machines that are POORLY calibrated allowing Guests to fiddle with and MESS-UP. Cups and cutlery often looking as though they have been rinsed and not given a good wash! For a number of years we have taken rail travel to London but on this occasion because of rail disruptions we chose to drive. What an absolute SHOCK it was to pay £60 for 48 hours and 22 minutes parking via YourParkingSpace who now manages the site. Confirmation of my reservation by email stated "Daily Parking Fee: £20.00 (GBP)". However, there are no RATES displayed anywhere around the parking area. It would appear that the additional 22 minutes constituted 1 DAY @ £20!
