The single room was small though had recently been refurbished to a good standard and was clean and welcoming. The owners, whilst being frustratingly disorganised to deal with, were accomodating. The hotel was reasonably quite overnight, with some noise from traffic & late night revellers - but nothing out of the ordinary for a mainroad location in Greater London The... More

Clean, well presented room. Very good price for the quality and location. No communal areas but room has TV, on suite shower room, kettle, towels and soaps. Shops and pubs in easy access also only a few mins walk to Acton Town tube station which is on the Piccadilly line.

Given the price of £59.50 for a room that was adequate and comfortable, it’s unfair to give a completely harsh review but to say the organisation of this hotel leaves a huge amount to be desired is an understatement. There is no reception area or receptionist. When I and my wife arrived, two other guests sat on stairs wondering what... More

Well what can I say the hotel being done up and very disappointing as we were really not happy as the first room was very small. It was really squashed, They moved us to another room which was a bit better but not brilliant as we were not comfy on the bed at all falling out so I did not... More

When we arrived the hotel was being worked on however we booked in and was informed that our room was on the second floor when we looked it was situated on the third floor. So I requested thar we should be moved to the first. Every thing was fine until 5am on Sunday morning when the cleaning lady came into... More

One of the owners was on site when I stayed there, very friendly and polite. Would stay there again when in London. No breakfast served at the moment as the hotel is undergoing renovation but this may change in the future. The room I stayed was clean.

I booked this hotel through one of the hotel comparison websites, just looking for a cheap place to stay for the night as was visiting family. Firstly when you approach you think omg what have I let myself in for, as from the outside it looks a little run down. But that view changed very quickly, when we entered the... More

Surprisingly the hotel has a new owner and its completely refurbished! Love it. Bed is VERY comfortable, very clean and neat. A few minutes walk to the station and easy buses to the centre. Local facilities around the hotel, restaurants, pubs and groceries.

NO TV, NO Tea/coffee making facilities, No bin (enquired about lack of facilities - not really helpful - although advertised as available in ALL rooms - Very misleading advertising on multiple sites) Ground floor room, small but clean, very noisy from people checking in at all hours, also keys not working so residents having to knock door/ring bell constantly to... I stayed there for one night. We got the 1st room as you enter. It was quite a small clean room, with little space, but for that price, it was good. Breakfast was included, and it was good too. The person in charge was very friendly and had asked me to review his hotel. The location is also very good,... More
