Keystone House was terrible. Our room and the facilities looked nothing like the photos that were provided. The room was absolutely tiny, hardly room for two suitcases. It was also quite unclean. Our air conditioning made the room an ice box and without our own remote in the room we weren't able to adjust it to our liking. The showers... More

The first impression of Keystone House wasn't great, the front desk manager (Hugo) was extremely rude and abrupt-I don't think this is the industry for you. Once checked in we found our room, it was nice and clean-very basic but we fully expected that anyway so no drama. We had a bathroom immediately to our left which was very handy-until... More

I stayed here for two days while I was in London and my only major issue was that it took about 30 minutes to check in because there was only one person working the front desk and about 10 people needed help. I could have just arrived at a bad time...who knows? Aside from that, the facilities were not anything... More

My Mum and I stayed here for a London adventure weekend. We planned to use it mainly as a base, hence choosing a cheap hostel. Private room was much cheaper than the £170 for anywhere else (£111 for the weekend). Room had bunkbeds, a single on top and double underneath so good for couples too. Bathroom was a good size... From check in to check out and on a daily basis, this was a complicated (unnecessarily so) stay. If I actually listed the details, you wouldn't believe me. The person at check in was not friendly. My daughter and I trekked around the place (from the 3 floor down to the basement-all stairs) on a daily basis due to switching... More

The location is the one saving grace for this hostel. Otherwise it wasn't great at all and we wouldn't stay here again. A friend and I were staying in an all female dorm - lots of the blinds were broken so lights from the busy Kings Cross location shone in all night. Rooms very noisy, and you needed the windows... My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights in a private room with a private bathroom. We had never stayed in a hostel before and i'm so glad we had such a good experience here :) This hostel is in a fantastic location! You get off the train at a major station which is kings cross and the hostel... More

My first night that I arrived , I was a little in shock , I had a private room all the way up the millions of stairs, I didn't feel to safe. There was a man laying on the bathroom floor in the co Ed bathrooms all the way upstairs , which I personally do not think it is a... More

We were in a private room for 2 people: - moulds on the walls and shower - chewing gum on the bed - bogies on the walls (nice one!) - hairs in the bed (not ours) - when it is raining, the rain goes through the wall and then the room is wet - plastic bag in the bathroom bin... More

Stayed here a few days ago whilst visiting London. Having stayed in London multiple times I wasn't expecting much considering its cheap and so central but the state of this hotel is horrific. When arriving we were given keys to our private room which was way at the back of the hotel through many different corridors which had flies and... More
