I booked this for our 20th Anniversary treat and what a treat it was. The staff were friendly and welcoming, we felt like they were genuinely glad to see us and the area we were seated in was relaxing and airy, even the seats were luxurious and comfy. I was worried when I booked that the food was going to...

This is my go-to hotel in London. Rooms are like new, really nice. Staff is great (by the time of my second stay, they new both my and my daughter's names). It's really centrally located, has a nice lobby (a bit of scene on the weekends); the Charlie and Chocolate Factory tea is fun. There's a nice little swimming pool,...

We have been frequent visitors to the hotel over the last decade. This last stay was to celebrate our daughter's 21st. She was delighted to find a complimentary bottle of champagne and a lovely home made birthday cake in her room. A good demonstration of the thoughtfulness and hospitality of the staff.

This has to be one of my most memorable birthdays... My daughter & I had a fantastic day & afternoon tea was brilliant! We will be coming back. Staff, drinks, food & theme brilliant... I was born in London and this has been my favourite bar for years. My partner and I always start our special nights outs here first as it always gives an extra touch of elegance. It was my second visit to One Aldwych and I liked it even better this time. The room (one of these circular suits) was modern and large but very cosy. The view over Waterloo bridge is intriguing! I had dinner the first night in the new Basque restaurant, interesting and high quality, not specially expensive either. One of the strong...

Top-notch stay with genuinely friendly, attentive service. Staff was extremely accommodating in that we had so much luggage due to my son's upcoming longer stay. Hotel is wonderfully located within walking distance of some of London's best attractions.
