I have always stayed at Radisson hotels, and my stay at Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury in early October 2013 reaffirmed why I continue to rate this hotel chain highly. Central location, near to theatre district, the welcome reception staff were thorough and informative on arrival, bedroom assistants were attentive with a smile to my requests and the waiting staff made me... We wanted somewhere local to the theatre district to stay for one night. Because of its central location the price is high but comparitive with other similiar hotels in the area. The room was good, small but ok for one night. The bathrooms look new and modern. We had drinks in the bar which is nice but didn't eat at... More

This hotel tries hard to be hip - there's lots more form than function. The room was so dimly lit that I had to use a torch to see certain objects. The mini bar didn't work. I noticed the reception desk twice. They promised to fix it twice but never did. The lack of door sill between the room and... More

Dear Guest, Further to your recent stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian, Bloomsbury Street Hotel, I am in receipt of your feedback which you kindly took the time post on Tripadvisor. I am naturally very disappointed that we were unable to demonstrate a level hospitality synonymous to your expectation, which is resonated by almost every other reviewer. If possible would... More

This is now my favourite London break hotel . I stay in a lot of Radisson hotels and this hotel have the most accommodating friendly staff. The bar had exemplary service and the lobster lunch great value.

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying at The Bloomsbury Street Hotel on your recent trip to London. We are indeed in the heart of the West End and within walking distance of theatres, Covent Garden Opera House, and Soho. The shops of Oxford Street are close by, and just 50 metres down the road the delights of the British Museum... More

This is a regular stop of mine when spending time in London. The hotel is clean, comfortable and predictable although the rooms can be a little on the small side. What makes this hotel for me is Aran, one of the restaurant team. He always greets me with a smile, by name, and brings me a double espresso when I... More

This is a really great hotel with a fab location, walking distance to Oxford Street, Covent Garden and theatre district. Really helpful and friendly staff with a relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant location for weekend tourists with limited time for travelling. Within easy walking distance of Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Southbank and Oxford Street. Reception and bar staff friendly and helpful. Based on staying at this hotel a number of times the room sizes vary but have all been well furnished and had spacious bathrooms.

Really good service, very helpful front of house team. It is in central London on a main arterial road, so if you like the window open ( even round the back of the hotel) it's noisy. Room small but well appointed. BUT if you want to be in the heart of the west end and can't afford 5 star this... More

Our travel agent recommended this hotel. Leaving aside the fact that ALL London hotels are expensive compared to most other places, this hotel gets 5 stars. Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
