Absolutely fantastic hotel from check in to check out nothing is too much trouble for the staff Beautifully decorated , recently had an overhaul Great location , buffet breakfast was ok Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to friends & family
We have just come back from the most wonderful London break , made extra special by the Lobby Manager Zubin & Micheal the Concierge . Nothing was too much trouble and they were both so kind . We’ve stayed at this particular hotel 4 or 5 times now and when we checked into our room it was smaller than what we were used to . I wasn’t going to say anything , but I do like a quiet room and noticed it was quite noisy because we were right next to a busy corridor . Zubin Lobo the Lobby Manager came straight to our room and took us to a room that completely blew us away , it was amazing !!! Thanks Zubin !!! …. Wonderful nights sleep and then a delicious breakfast …. Couldn’t recommend a better Hotel in Central London ( and I’ve stayed at several ) Zubin & Micheal you deserve every success in Hospitality , you are both a wonderful asset to Radisson .…
The hotel moved me multiple times and left one of our guests in a separate hotel despite the booking being made under one booking despite multiple contacts with the hotel the issue was not resolved adequately and poor attempts to try and resolve and apologise for their error
we stayed one week last august. very good hotel, outstanding breakfast location and food quality. staff was really friendly and helpful. we wish to particularly thank mr Mohit who really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. My wife is unfortunately on a wheelchair and his help was really unvaluable to us. Thank you mr Mohit and to all the staff.
Booked one hotel then told a few days before my stay that I had been moved to another property. OK, but I would have preferred to have been asked versus being told. Received an online check-in email that ended up being a nightmare process. Instruction and website were clunky, inept and took a lot of time. Gave me a three step process of which the first one seemed to oblige me to buy a package (flowers, champagne, etc). I exited, logged back in and tried to ignore the first step and ended up getting to a step where I could chose my room. I did that and then had a weird and complex payment process even though the hotel was pre-paid that ended with me being charged 1.50 GBP(?) I’m guessing it was to check if my card was valid or something but it added time and complexity to the whole check in. I finally got my “You’re checked in” email that told me to simply go to the desk, show the email and get the key. That did not happen. My wife had to check in ahead of me (hence my being pleased the check in was sorted out in advance). She did not get the room we had selected and had to listen to this whole spiel about how valued we were and we were going to be given a better room (it was worse) and we had to provide a credit card for a guarantee. So what was the previous process for that took 30 minutes online? It did not save any time and we did not get what we requested. Strange! When I arrived, I complained and we finally were able to move to another room (another hassle). The room was nice but too worn for a hotel in this star category. The armchair arms were filthy, the sink was chipped and the faucet leaked. It did not keep us up but it was wasting water and appeared to have been that way for a while. Lastly, one lift/elevator was oos so getting up and down to our room took quite a while. …
It was an ok stay, staff all friendly. Room was very small, breakfast was lukewarm. One pillow, very uncomfortable first night’s sleep. We had a good deal but seeing the price now I wouldn’t pay it to stay there. Location is good especially for a shopping trip or west end show
What an amazing weekend. Celebrating my 50th birthday with family. I was upgraded to a suite. Cakes and a card were left in my room. Breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked food, tasty coffee and great friendly service. All staff were amazing, even to the point of the amazing exception staff called Mohit who was amazing with our daughter and gave her a beautiful Teddy bear on leaving this morning. I'll definitely return to this hotel to explore London further
Rooms were very clean and so was the restaurant along with the guest bathrooms downstairs main lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff in the restaurant were so kind and very efficient - Frank was our chef - very friendly. Host efficient - his name was Harshie and the waitress we had was excellent - her name was Emese. These workers made our stay very pleasant.
We stayed at this hotel for about 10 days. The staff is excellent and caring. A nice clean hotel that is very comfortable. We also got some great recommendations from the concierge. It is pretty easy to get a cab from this location to get where you need to go. The breakfast in the hotel is nice and wait staff is efficient and attentive. I would especially like to recognize Ruben, the night manager. When we checked in, we were put in a room where the AC did not work. He did not have another room with 2 beds. He moved us into a room with one bed, brought us additional comforters, and did everything possible to make us comfortable. He further set it up for us to stay in that room for the duration of our stay. The sign of a great manager is how they handle a problem and he went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again.…
Hotel is very close to British Museum, British Library, and many underground stations and bus stops. Staff was outstanding and very accommodating with fantastic service. Hannah at reception was particularly wonderful. Housekeeping great.
