We loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful staff (professional and exceptionally friendly), great restaurant, low-key sophisticated decor, excellent location away from tourists. The Halkin now ranks high on our list of favorite city hotels.

I stayed at this hotel last weekend, with my husband and little girl. I chose the hotel based on the fantastic reviews as well as the excellent location. It was perfectly situated between Selfridges and Harrods to do our Christmas shopping over two days as well as visit winter wonderland. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff... More

Incredible stay at The Halkin. The staff were incredibly attentive. Rooms were very high tech and large. Breakfast was delicious. Location is very good, directly beside Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to London.

We had an incredible stay at the Halkin. The service, attention to detail and friendliness of the staff made it a real pleasure to stay here. We had debated staying at another hotel in which we were attending an event but we are so glad that we chose the Halkin. Thank you.

My partner and I had lunch here recently and can say it is fantastic. An eclectic menu that mixes your senses and creates an experience that is more than the food alone. The staff are attentive but not fussy and the surroundings are equal to the food in terms of a sensory experience. With mirrors which play with your perception... More

Second stop on a two week UK trip. We'd actually booked a separate London hotel in South Kensington in advance, prepaying in full for the room. Upon arriving at that hotel, we found it totally unacceptable. We found The Halkin online, and called desperately hoping for salvation from our original booking disaster at the other hotel. Front desk gent Paolo... More

I stayed for one night with my 9 year old son, booked via a London theatre/hotel website. A small hotel on the London scale with 41 rooms and suites, the Halkin is located in a typical Georgian style London building with its exterior of brick, Portland stone and arching windows. Staying in Belgravia

Neighborhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
