This is our second stay. The apartments are next door to the Capital Hotel. Standard of apartments are excellent even though they are relatively of an older style. Staff attention and kindness are second to none. The reception team, especially concierge staff. High teat in hotel is a must. So close to Harrods and the best of Knightsbridge, the best...

Location: Harrods is 100m away, the underground is 500m away, the street is very calm. Very friendly staff (the hotel is family run); ou room's decoration was quite nice, with a wood-panelled bathroom. The restaurant is Michelin-starred. the wine list is outstanding. the reputation is well deserved. Unfortunately, all this comes at the very steep London prices...

The location is truly excellent (two minutes walk from Harrods). The hotel is very close to the park and it was fantastic to walk there by the Serpentine. Transportation is also very good (Piccadilly line); the breakfast is again excellent as well as the bar. But above everything else, the wonderful staff is what makes the real difference.

The hotel is so elegant and all tiny details has shown the care of the owner on guests. There are too many things to recommend on this hotel: not only the room, the service, the wifi, the food, the location, there are indeed much more to speak about. I am recommend to all my friends who are planning to London!

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The front of house and concierge are welcoming, friendly and efficient. We had a standard double room facing the back but it was charming and quiet. The furnishings are not modern and cold but timeless without any hint of being dated or tired. The bathroom is well appointed with a lovely hot towel rail!...

Excellent hotel and helpful staff - especially concierge. We had room #243 which was clean and very quiet. A small room and bath even by London standards and at a price of $533 I thought overpriced. Location almost next to Harrod's and very near tube entrance. Restaurants in area cover complete price and cuisine range.

It's not often that the photos and the descriptions live up to the delivery. This hotel overdelivered - early check in was available after a long flight, the room was a great size for London standards and the staff and service were exceptional throughout my stay. Would definately recommend this hotel as a very comfortable small luxury hotel.

We arrived early on a transatlantic flight and were predictably jet lagged. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate an early check-in, and that was only the beginning. Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighborhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
