This hotel is very well located by Harrods, close to a tube station and many attractions within walk distance. I stayed in a junior suite so the room is larger than the standard rooms. Comfortable room has the best bed I have ever slept in hotels. However a few points of attention come to my mind like the poor breakfast...

3 of us went for a whisky tasting with the lead bar person, Cesar. He was amazing. We tasted 6 whiskeys with and without an "e" in the word. Cesar spent about an hour and a half with us explaining the differences and how they are made including comparing Scotland, Ireland, Japan and the US. Cesar is the real deal....

I loved staying at The Capital. It is a small, upscale hotel very close to Harrods but on a quiet road. I also loved it was near the park as I went running each morning. The breakfast each morning was lovely. The staff was fantastic. We will be back!

We chose this hotel as we wanted a place with traditional charm. It is the epitome of a well run, classy English boutique hotel on a charming little street just a short walk from Herrods. The room was well kept and cozy. There is a quaint little bar off the lobby with excellent staff who remembered us by name.

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighborhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
