The location of the hotel is amazing, just around the corner from Harrods and it’s is amongst stunning houses. The staff are really friendly and will try and accommodate you as best as they can. The down points were it’s not free break fast like it says on the website and you don’t get free afternoon tea with scones like it also said on the website which was disappointing as this was a selling point for us. We also didn’t get complementary chocolates on arrival it was just a plain room. The carpet in room 9 where we stayed definitely need changing as it is quite trodden and little marks everywhere. The lamp on the desk does not work and it the overall room just wasn’t what we were expecting as it looked a lot better online. The bed is comfy however and the toiletries you get are very nice. We would stay again but only if the next room was updated and we got what was actually promised.

Lovely boutique hotel in such a brilliant location for an easy walk to Harrods, Sloane street and plenty more. We were upgraded to a suite as it was our Wedding Anniversary so that was fab. Staff are really welcoming and happy to look after our luggage for us to have a last minute shop before we headed out after check out time.

I lined up this hotel late last year for a two-night stay following the 18-hour flight from Perth. It was luxurious and near the end of a cul-de-sac off the Brompton Road near Harrods. Just the place to veg out after that extremely long flight. Arriving around lunch-time on 17th February I was given the very room that I had previously checked out, installed myself and relaxed. The hotel offers free tea and soft drinks, and despite its small size has 24-hour service, something that I truly appreciated when I woke up at some ungodly hour the next morning! Tea and biscuits were available, served by the kindly staff. Its location is excellent, since it is nice and quiet, but very close to cafes, restaurants and shops such as Harrods and Harvey Nicks, as well as the three museums (V&A, Science and Natural History). Some people may criticize the fact that it has no dedicated breakfast room; breakfast is served, on request, in one's room-- one fills out a form to indicate what one requires the previous night. For myself, however, this represented no disadvantage, since I had no idea when I would emerge from my cocoon, and there are any number of possibilities for breakfast in the immediate area, including the Firmdale Knightsbridge hotel over the street. And of course, the Beaufort informed me about its breakfast arrangements when I made my booking late 2019. My two nights there were I felt a complete success, far better indeed than rushing home to the West Country as soon as I got off the plane! All being well I hope to return at the end of 2020 for my annual birthday treat.

My wife and my first visit to this lovely little boutique hotel tucked away just off the Brompton Road and a Gucci shoe throw from Harrods. We had a simply marvellous stay and will definitely be back.
