I just spent 1 night in a single room (22) the bed is 135cm small double not a single. The room was bright, light and clean. The staff at check in and out couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. Breakfast in bed was a treat not flash but everything was delicious and it came at the time I ordered. Will be staying again.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon to be greeted by the most welcoming host. We were a group of six ladies so had three double rooms but as the host booking I was upgraded to a suite! The whole place is beautiful our room was stunning, the facilities were second to none. We loved the lounge!! in fact when we returned at 1:30 am after our night out, we took advantage of the complimentary coffee, various teas and soft drinks in the lounge and we sat there chatting until 3 am! There was the overnight reception gentleman there, who let us in, but didn’t complain about our laughter and chatting so late into the night! What more could we ask? We all went back downstairs to meet for coffee in our complimentary soft white bathroom robes at 9am and sat for an hour chatting. The lounge is beautifully furnished and is warm and inviting! As a group who were staying in individual rooms, this lounge was the perfect area to relax, drink coffee and chat. THANK YOU! WE WILL BE BACK!!

Although the staff were very nice, there are many things that this hotel needs to correct. The phones do not work as noted in a previous review, and so no way to contact the front desk. The staff did not wear masks - they should especially upon entering a guests' room. Upon check-in I was not given a welcome letter to explain how the hotel works - I had to go down to the desk to get the wifi code. There is no paper or pen in the room. Although my room was very small, it was clean and the bed and sheets very comfortable. However.....the safe did not work even after someone came to try to fix it, the TV did not work - it was not programmed. I arrived back late in the evening and was looking forward to watching a little TV. I was not about to go to the front desk again and anyway there was probably no one to fix it. Breakfast was not good and certainly not worth the money. It was late arriving and again I had to get dressed and walk down to the desk to ask where it was. Half an hour later I received it - an unripe frozen banana and poor quality toast and croissant. I recommend not ordering it and going out. The coffee was hot which was a bonus! So not a great visit. This hotel needs to make sure everything works and up the quality of the breakfast or make it complimentary. When I paid for it ahead of time, I thought for the money I would get a hot cooked breakfast. Very disappointing. Based on my experience, although a nice hotel, I will not return.

This is in a very expensive part of London. A flat in the same road was for sale for £15m! It’s very close to the likes of Harrods / Hyde Park. A boutique hotel set in a quiet tree lined cul de sac. You are paying a premium for location. Staff very friendly / helpful. We were concerned by recent review saying 2* at best. That’s total rubbish imho! We had a de-luxe room and paid £179. See photo’s - think was pretty nice. Breakfast was brought to our room on trays and was a good as one can expect. We had a great trip to visit the area and enjoyed our long walk round Hyde Park including the Diana memorial at Kensington Palace, local pubs and lovely local Italian restaurant called Sale E Pepe.

This hotel is described as a 4 star hotel. Do not fall for it!!! It’s a 2/3 star B&B at best. Rooms severely need updating. We were in room 14. A drab brown room with cheap old fashioned furniture. The curtains did not close properly, wall paper peeling off everywhere, lime scale all over the bathroom, a ‘king size’ bed which was just 2 singles pushed together, the phone didn’t work, no drinks facilities in the room. When we checked in we were provided with a sheet explaining the stay and covid precautions. It said there was an honesty bar which we were pleased about as in the room there was 2 small bottles of water and the tap water is apparently undrinkable. My husband went downstairs to find it since the phone didn’t work! And was told it wasn’t available - why was it on the sheet I was given then!? When I booked the room, I was excited as they offered afternoon tea, that was also not available. Maybe something to remove from your website and all the search engines. Lots of false advertising. Very unimpressed with the continental breakfast, sad looking packet brought items which they had clearly heated up in the microwave. I could have had nicer at home. My husband ordered a coffee and they didn’t bring him a mug and again because the phone doesn’t work, he had to drink it out of a glass. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone. Regardless of the location, they are ripping people off, it should be about £80 a night for the poor rooms and service provided.
