Will definitely stay here again. Service and room was top notch and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Breakfast and lunch were top quality. Parking if you need it is convenient and around the corner at the other hotel, Jumeirah Carlton. A credit to the team at Lowndes.
An exceptional level of service from the moment we arrived. The facilities at this recently refurbished hotel are first class, the spa is amazing and well worth a visit. We eat at the chinoiserie, where the service and food were again outstanding.
wonderful hotel in signature location, very nice team, very friendly and help full, cleaning is the top thing i found, the location is amazing and any thing required as a tourist will be near by, its the hotel that will go for in every visit to London
I had a bad experience at Jumeirah Lowndes hotel at the first two nights as elevators were not working and breakfast service was super slow as everything took so long to be served ( pancakes, omlettte, etc) I have raised my concerns to the manager and she was kind enough to sort this out. Location is the best but value of money was ok.
Stayed at the Jumeirah Lowndes for 4 nights with my husband and 2 children (10 and 11 years old). We took the suite and it was spacious by london standards with 1 double bed and sofa bed for kids to sleep on. Pros: - Location is top with few minutes walk to Harrods, few minutes walk to Hyde Park, easy walk to many central attractions - Right next to Jumeirah Carlton - which is a beautiful property with amazing facilities that are open to Jumeirah Lowndes guests to use - highly recommend trying a la carte breakfast at The Peak in Jumeirah Carlton - nice restaurants around - we had dinner one night at Zaffareno and breakfast at EL&N nearby both were very nice - A very good nights sleep - despite having a room overlooking the street, we never got bothered by any noise and generally had very comfortable nights sleep Cons: - No proper hotel lobby - you're literally entering like a residential building with a reception - the value for money - found it a tad over priced given that the property itself didn't have much facilities - Cleanliness - i did personally feel that the property could do better with room/toilets cleanliness Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if the pricing improved.…
Jumeirah Lowndes is my favourite hotel in London: I really feel like home here. Cleanliness and room comfort, good breakfast, kindness of the staff, quiet environment. It's a pity I only come for business recently and I do not have time to enjoy it more. I recommend it!
I went with my friend yesterday and we was served by Oshi a lovely person really professional and polite . One of the other employee show us the the swimming and others facilities just amazing ! The service we had in the Jumeirah was perfect as usual . HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
What a wonderful comfortable and quiet hotel moments from Hyde Park, lovely restaurants and the best shopping in the world. Staff are fantastic and service is very personable and friendly without being over the Top or intrusive. If you can get a room with a balcony it’s a real bonus. Highly recommended.
Very friendly and efficient staff (Lorens the door man, front desk team, restaurant and houskeeping staff). We've stayed at the Lowndes numerous times over 20 years and were happy to be back! Excellent location (easily walkable to Knightsbridge, Sloane Square and a couple different tube line).
Very nice hotel. Very nice staff, very friendly, specially rehan and augusto, they helped us with the geography of the uk. Everyone provided excellent service at every hour of the day. The room has good air conditioner, and mini bar. 11/10
