Jumeirah Lowndes quite possibly have the best team within a London Hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special and welcome. They made our stay our stay so personal and enjoyable, we can’t wait to visit again. The Lowndes offers you the Spa and Pool Facilities of the Carlton Tower and is just a 2-minute walk. Our 4-year-old daughter lover the pool and facilities, well worth the visit. Breakfast was exceptional with buffett and a la carte available, the waffles are the best I have ever had, and yes this includes the states. Thanks to the whole team for looking after me and my family and see you soon.

The team at Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel were simply the best! Super friendly and super accomodating. Sincere thanks to Samantha, Bojan and Beverly at the front desk. Superb team! The hotel also has the most comfortable beds and is at a vibrant location in Knightsbridge.

We were treated royally from the beginning to the end of our stay. The team were a credit to the Jumeirah brand. We were staying to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary & Samanta, the Guest Relations Executive, produced a card based on the story I had told her. We were very touched. The room was beautifully clean. If you prefer a quieter hotel, the Lowndes is perfect. Well done to the whole team, you made our special weekend perfect.

My family and I had the best stay at Jumeirah Lowndes and it was all thanks to Ms. Frederica Di Fiore and the rest of the wonderful staff! Ms. Frederica was very professional, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. She was very detailed seeing that she noticed my dry hands and surprised me with a wonderful had lotion as I 1st entered my room. The kids were equally surprised to see the teddy bears in the rooms. She would always remember our talks and would ask us about the highlights of our day. She is very generous with her kind words and made us feel at home. I even thought that I have met her before seeing that she was very friendly.

The staff at the hotel were very attentive warm and welcoming. They helped with extra touches such as flowers, chocolates and balloons for our room. We were upgraded to an executive suite so we ordered room service for breakfast at a charge of £10. The food was delivered in specified time and was a lovely start to the day. The location of the hotel was very convenient for our day and evening out. We were offered use of spa at the neighbouring hotel but did not have time to enjoy the facilities. We were surprised at how wonderful our trip was. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Best boutique hotel in central London with the best service we had even better Dubai hotels and you can use free bikes and pool at Carlton hotel free of charge the breakfast needs some more options but the menu is has some good options

Terrible! This is not a Jumeirah Group standard hotel. Please do not book this hotel if you are expecting Jumeirah standards as you will be bitterly disappointed as we are. The room is tiny, 17m2, the bathroom has a shower over a very narrow bath and is only usable by a small person without problem washing. The breakfast was very poor and the “buffet” is tiny. The “English Breakfast” from the menu had a piece of fat that was supposed to be bacon but it was literally just total fat. The mushroom was swimming in oil and the fried eggs were very well done. We did not eat the breakfast and chose to go and find food outside the hotel. We could go on but the main take away from this post needs to be “This is not a Jumeirah quality property”. Please do not book if you are expecting 5 Star, Jumeirah experience. Very, very disappointed and feel like we’ve been tricked using the Jumeirah brand.…

Dear Phil6767, Thank you for your feedback, I am very sorry to hear that your experience was not up to your standard, We do have several room types with different sizes, the room you booked is our entry-level room but we do have larger rooms like Junior suite and Executive Suite that can accommodate more guests and are much larger. Also regarding the A la Carte breakfast, if you wish your eggs to be in a different format, you can let the team know as we make every breakfast fresh so we can make them accordingly to your liking as this is not a buffet breakfast. I wish you would have voiced your concerns during your stay and allowed us to explain some of the issues so perhaps you would have had a better experience knowing there are larger rooms and also you can order your breakfast according to your liking. Trip spoilt by the duty (night) manager who refused to allow drinks to be served in the bar area after 10:00pm and became rude and aggressive, offering no solution, This was a celebration with friends and the trip was spoilt by this event so I will never be back there!

This hotel deserves an “Outstanding” rating. Check in is friendly and efficient. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The staff is always helpful. Food service excellent. Location in Belgravia is the best. It is a hotel with about 90 rooms thus feels almost intimate. This is a winner.
