The service at the Mayfair was outstanding, especially the concierge team who were always available (and never a line waiting to speak to them). They always remembered my name and helped with dinner and tour reservations. The rooms are very nice and even had a US plug. The full breakfast in the Mayfair Kitchen was delicious with very friendly and...

Last week I was fortunate enough to stay at the Mayfair. On arrival I was greeted by the duty manager, he welcomed me by name and immediately took care of all my needs. My room was superb. The service was excellent throughout. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough

Everyone was great particularly Mustafa, who provided excellent service, The concierge as well was helpful and knowledgeable, I think his name was Pawel. Really everyone at the hotel was wonderful and I...

We recently stayed at the MayFair Hotel. We arrived in early morning. There were no rooms available since the hotel was full the night before and patrons hadn’t started to check out yet. We were going through out bags to grab raincoats and umbrella before leaving out bags with the bellmen when Christine came over and said a room just...

I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality and spacious room we had which is a bit unusual these days in many London hotels. The staff we encountered were all excellent , very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and surrounded by many fabulous restaurants. Everywhere is very expensive around here so be prepared for some...

Recently spent three nights at the Mayfair. You just can't beat the location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Staff very friendly. We upgraded and stayed in room 101. The bathroom was fabulous with a gorgeous free standing bath. The room was a very good size, with table and tv area and lounge. Loved the lollies (sweets) in the...

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
