An impressive building adjacent to St. Pancras International. Equally impressive when you walk through the doors. Classy and stylish. Staff and service a little stuffy, lacks the personal touch, especially so in the large lobby area serving afternoon tea, and the bar and restaurant. A question of personal taste. I believe you can have a high classed hotel without losing...

I chose this hotel for one night because my wife had allways liked the look of it from the time it re-opened. Since we were travelling onto Paris via Eurostar it was perfect, travel down from Sheffield, nice hotel, and Eurostar without geting wet, perfect. This hotel lives up to the hype but it's not cheap. I can not fault the hotel...

My girlfriend and I popped to the Renaissance for afternoon tea and cakes. While there thought I'd enquire on rooms. Was offered a great deal on the much sought after Chambers Staircase Suite with full access to the Club Longe. Simply stunning. From the personal staff service to the food, drink, incredible suite and jaw dropping venue..... This stay will...

I stayed at the hotel for business for just one evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a large room which was very comfortable. The location is great, minutes from KX and the building is simply amazing. I would recommend a stay at this hotel

What a delightful stay! Beautiful hotel, amazing architecture. Such grandeur! Excellent service from ALL members of staff - nothing was too much trouble! fabulous atmosphere in the bar for pre-dinner cocktails. Dinner in the gilbert scott restaurant was very good. For an hotel that 'wraps' itself around the mainline station...the sound proofing when inside is fantastic....you could hear a pin...

We booked this hotel en-route to Cambridge, after arriving in the morning from a 16 hours flight. Upon checking in, we told that the deluxe room In the Barlows wing would not be ready for hours. We then were told about upgrading to suite, so that we could have the room in two hours time. Feeling tired, we naturally agreed...

I just finished my second stay at St. Pancras. Both stays were for business trips. After long days working, the hotel is conveniently reached and a warm welcome with its excellent service and amenities. Both of my stays were in a Barlow room which I found clean and comfortable. As a Marriott rewards member, the Chambers club was made available....

Chose this hotel as virtually on the Eurostar platform! Obviously very visually attractive and door and reception staff very attentive and welcoming.
