Stayed in room 26 - absolutely disgusting - really don't bother booking this place. I'm generally easy to please but there's a line and this place is definitely it. I used to stay here occasionally a couple of years ago, it wasn't great then but has gone seriously down hill since. Grange Lodge / Abbey Lodge better (not brilliant by... More

Wow. What can I say? I'll make it brief. Piles of dust in the corners of the room. Every single floorboard in the whole place creaked. The TV in the room was from 1988 complete with distorted picture. Sheets weren't clean when we arrived so we're taken off and put into the corner of the room, only to find them... More

Booked this hotel for it's location and the only positive thing about it was that it was a couple of minutes walk from the underground. Our room was horrendous - there were blood stains on the bedsheets, the room was freezing, the walls were covered in tea stains where someone had obviously had a teabag fight in the past, the... Do not book to stay here honestly it's the smelliest filthiest place ever visited . Booked one night and after getting room key saw the state of the room and immediately book premier Inn down the road . Wasn't expecting a palace for 40 for 2 of us but would rather pay the 133.50 for night at premier Inn as... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel is very well situated with Ealing common tube 2 minutes walk away. Our double room looked out onto the common which was very pleasant. The room was clean and tea/coffee was provided as well as soap. The water in the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast consisted of orange juice, coffee, cereal and toast... More

Rooms were clean and tidy loverly and warm couldnt fault the rooms, but the staff could of been a little happier. Service with a smile and all. But apart form that its in a good area for pubs and shops.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. When we arrived at the hotel, Jerry (who isn't in charge) made us breakfast so we did not have to search for a place to eat. The room's are okay. It is not like a place where you can spend your whole day, but to use it for only to sleep. Once again,... More

It was average to poor accommodation. Unfortunately when I turned up, my sheets had brown stains on and the duvet had brown damp patches which was disappointing but when I raised this issue, the lady at reception amended this immediately. Quite noisy/could hear the other residents walking past my room as the floorboards were really creaky. If I am being... More
