Stayed only a few hours (left 11.30pm) as we needed a couple of hours sleep before driving. Had we not just flown in from the airport and be stuck on m25. We would have left straight away after seeing the room. We didn't stay the night as the room was dirty, smelt, needed refurbished. We never used the shared shower... More

Booked this b&b through booking.com the man on the desk was obnoxious the place looked dirty so I asked to see the room the wallpaper was coming off the walls, the sink in the bedroom was dripping and half full with stagnate water. Safe to say I refused to stay and got a refund

When I faced the room, I got shocked becouse of the condition of the room. The well was tore and the window & water tab were broken. The condition of the bed also was worse... I needed to change my hotel... really I don't want to stay in this hotel again...

Stayed in room 26 - absolutely disgusting - really don't bother booking this place. I'm generally easy to please but there's a line and this place is definitely it. I used to stay here occasionally a couple of years ago, it wasn't great then but has gone seriously down hill since. Grange Lodge / Abbey Lodge better (not brilliant by... More

Wow. What can I say? I'll make it brief. Piles of dust in the corners of the room. Every single floorboard in the whole place creaked. The TV in the room was from 1988 complete with distorted picture. Sheets weren't clean when we arrived so we're taken off and put into the corner of the room, only to find them... More

Booked this hotel for it's location and the only positive thing about it was that it was a couple of minutes walk from the underground. Our room was horrendous - there were blood stains on the bedsheets, the room was freezing, the walls were covered in tea stains where someone had obviously had a teabag fight in the past, the... Do not book to stay here honestly it's the smelliest filthiest place ever visited . Booked one night and after getting room key saw the state of the room and immediately book premier Inn down the road . Wasn't expecting a palace for 40 for 2 of us but would rather pay the 133.50 for night at premier Inn as... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel is very well situated with Ealing common tube 2 minutes walk away. Our double room looked out onto the common which was very pleasant. The room was clean and tea/coffee was provided as well as soap. The water in the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast consisted of orange juice, coffee, cereal and toast... More
