I have the absolute best stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff are exceptional, better than some I have met in stays at five star hotels. Paulina was especially amazing and so helpful. As a solo traveller they really made me feel welcome. Staff were accommodating when I had to switch rooms due to noise (if you’re a light sleeper like me specify a room around the back away from the main road and you’ll be fine !) The king room was especially spacious and I’ll be staying in one of those next time. I have already booked a stay for September and can’t wait to come back! I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels and this one wins due to the staff Thank you again.

Room Tip: Choose a room away from the main road if you’re a light sleeper - fourth floor king room was nice...

Great stay at this hotel, right round the corner from the tube station and surrounded by loads of places to eat and shop. A stroll in the opposite direction takes you through some amazing retro buildings and then across the road from the Tower of London - literally 5 minutes away. The hotel was well appointed and the staff very friendly and helpful. We liked the Chinese / medieval styling which worked very well together! The room was very quiet, despite looking out onto the main road and very clean and comfortable. Sadly, the dining room wasn’t open during our stay, so we can’t rate the food, but there were loads of local eateries and a 20% discount at the Thai restaurant nearby if you are staying at the hotel.

I treated myself to a night in London and this hotel treated me to a stunning 7th floor executive room with so much natural light and views. The bed and bedding stole the show giving a great nights sleep and staff extremely friendly. Good location for the tube and exploring East London.

I am actually still sat in this hotel and frankly I have been impressed from start to finish, it is without doubt one of the best and nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. I can't comment on price because (lucky me!) a friend booked and paid for it it for me but frankly this is worth a decent amount of money all day long. Check in was quick, polite, helpful and informative, the room itself... wow. Beautiful. Comfy bed spacious room, plenty of seating, tea making. I called reception at 11pm and asked for some more tea bags and he was at my door within 5 minutes. A really decent hairdryer (hurrah! Such a rareity). A shame the hotel bar was closed so we couldn't try it but we knew that when we booked. Shower was a little pathetic but they have a super powerful hand held section to wash the conditioner out so wasn't a problem 🙂 I loved my stay. Thank you IHG!

Don’t be put off by the front of the hotel. The rooms are Beautiful and spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Also the bed was SO cosy. We were meeting friends just near Bank and this was idea. Provided excellent value for money in my opinion and we’d definitely stay again.
