So firstly, let's call this hotel what it is, an absolute dump! Location was great and i chose the hotel based on its close proximity to Earl's Court station and Kensington high street. The pictures for the hotel give the impression of a lovely hotel blended into kensingtons affluent townhouses. Oh dear, I can only assume these photos were taken... More

Wouldn't even give this a one mark on here it was quite honestly the worst place I've ever stayed. From the moment I walked through the door the place had things falling off the walls and the staff were so rude and made you feel really uncomfortable. Once up in our room it was much worse skirting board off the... More

The Business card at reception describes the hotel as recently renovated. I think they meant the office as that was the only fresh looking area I saw.The only good thing about this hotel was the location, we were stuck in a lower ground floor room that was so hot as the under floor heating was on in the hall which... The hotel room was disgusting. Mould on walls and skirting boards. Horrendous smell of damp. Rising damp from radiators resulting in brown sludge on floor near pipes. Hole in corner of ceiling as a result of damp/leak. Carpet revolting and didn't even look like it had been cleaned. Complained and asked for room change but uncooperative staff. If it wasn't... Stayed with family, chose it for lication near Earls Court tube station. Very basic hotel. Very basic breakfast, just toast n cereal n tea/coffee/juice. Very small room. Small beds, Needs maintainance. Overall not bad value for money.

I wouldn't say its a excellent hotel, but for the price for people on a budget, a place to sleep, the shower was not that great, but you do get what you pay for. I didn't expect much, its pretty central location you are not going to get luxury.

A great location close to everything and close to a tube station. The hotel is a little tired but has a charm about it. Continental breakfast more than enough. A budget hotel but perfect for a few days sightseeing. Would book again.

If I could give less than one bubble I probably would. I booked this hotel for 3 nights in July 2016 and cannot begin to say how disappointed and disgusted by this hotel I was. First, the rug when you walk into the hotel has the old hotel name on it, "St. George Hotel." Looking past that, there was no... More

Run by people with no pride. Room was vile. Marks on walls. Holes in walls - old screw holes etc. safe broken - stuck open. Telephone with no telephone cable!! Carpet stained and covered in dark patches. TV seemed to be an Internet stream as it kept buffering and played more like a slide show. Bathroom extractor fan broken. Shaving... More

I have been checked from 11-18.7.2016 to this hotel for a holiday with my family and I paid 2 rooms 206 and 205. The room 206 smells awful, the walls were wet, the window has been botched and was difficult to open or closed. There was no hair drier or a phone, the bathroom it`s so small that when you... More
