This was my third visit. The bedrooms are comfortable, quiet and well equipped with everything you could need. Love the extra pillows and blankets. Loved the welcome drink at reception on check in. Also, love that you can check in early if the room is ready for you without having to pay an extra fee. Staff went above and beyond particularly in the Sky Bar where we were provided with blankets to keep us warm while drinking our complimentary cocktail. The friendly waiter even offered to take our picture so we could capture the view perfectly. We felt very special. Breakfast is always amazing and free when you book directly with the hotel. Also, love my h10 club membership benefits. The only niggle I have is that the fact that they couldn’t guarantee a twin bed despite me calling them 10 minutes before our arrival to try and confirm the availability. They would only confirm a twin bed once I actually turned up at the hotel 10 minutes later. I don’t understand this because surely they can see what’s available to allocate a room. If they could work in this it would be perfect and remove all stress. When I book a holiday with my friend, I want to ensure I don’t have to share the same bed as them. Please sort this system out and the experience would be perfect. Very sweet guy on reception who is new just needs to work slightly on his smile and customer service manner to match that of his colleagues. I’m sure he’ll get there once the nerves have faded.

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed here mid-week in a standard twin room. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Received a welcome drink on arrival and was able to check in early. The room was bright, airy and spacious. Everything about the hotel felt fresh and modern. There was the odd scuff/mark in the room and on furnishings but nothing you wouldn't expect. We didn't try the Sky Bar but wish we had. This was the only bar/restaurant open in the evenings during our stay. Breakfast was fabulous. Even though it was free with the deal we had booked I'd definitely pay for it when staying again, and I don't often say that! There was so much choice, it was all fresh and tasty. They even had a breakfast dessert station with profiteroles, apple tart, churros and waffles, which I simply had to try! All the staff were incredibly friendly, even the cleaning staff we passed in the corridor. Highly recommend for a stay in London!

Part of the H10 chain across Europe, this is an inferior hotel by comparison in every respect, having stayed at several previously. From the outside it looks like tired student accommodation and the inside decor is basic. Be aware that you may receive an accessible room, even if you book a deluxe double room, despite the images on their website. These are insulting akin to hospital rooms. If you need a refund please note that they do not have the ability to use the card that you provide when booking - they require your bank account number and sort code. The customer service is abysmal as the staff are disinterested in guests' needs and cannot keep their word. There is no accountability beyond the hotel management themselves - the wider H10 chain leaders dismiss complaints and defer back to the hotel itself. Don't bother emailing the hotel - they don't respond. Having stayed in London many times, there are far better hotels, such as any in the Novotel chain. They seem like 5 stars in comparison to H10 London! The skybar is their gimmick; don't fall for it as everything about this hotel is disappointingly poor.

I say the stay was really good. I did run into issues with microwaving food. The room has a fridge, with items. I was told that we could not warm food because it is due to cross contamination. So if you have leftovers., you will have to eat it cold. It was frustrating especially if you have spent money for food and cannot warm it up. Other than that it was good.

My partner and I booked this for my birthday night away and it is an amazing hotel! We were on the 10th floor and the views were beautiful, slept like a baby and spoilt for choice at breakfast! Felt like they go over and above to make your stay perfect. Must experience the Sky Bar if you are looking to stay here and we are already looking at returning so I would 100% recommend this hotel!!!!

We arrived at check in time we had an unsupervised trainee to check us in. It took an hour to be checked in. Other people were checking in and being offer complementary drinks, not us. We eventually got our keys and went to our rooms my key didn’t work so went back to reception got another set, this didn’t work either eventually they came to the room with another set that did. The room was ok except it was dirty there were broken crisps on the floor, the bathroom had hair on the floor and in the sink, the room just looked tired. I dropped a pen and it went under the bed, well that was absolutely filthy with fluff, dust and hair. We asked reception to book a taxi for us when we came down for the taxi they just said they couldn’t get one and we should call an Uber. I asked why they don’t have black cab numbers and was told they don’t come this out this far, it’s Waterloo. So we were over an hour late for the concert we had come down for the weekend to see. Really felt the reception staff didn’t care they didn’t go out of there way to try to help. We had 3 rooms booked at this hotel and we had been looking forward to this weekend but sadly the hotels lack of care and cleanliness cast a shadow over the whole weekend.

Great service, lovely reception and bar staff. Good buffet breakfast, nothing to fault. Easy access to public transport. Our room was a double but we had requested twin beds - this was changed immediately. I would definitely stay again. Great hotel for short stays/weekends in London.
