Very clean and well located hotel. The concierge and the staff are very kind. I stayed there twice and rooms are not very large, but it's in London!. They are well furnished, mini-bar (except alcool) is complimetary together with WI-Fi. Excellent breakfast with continental buffet and a-la-carte eggs/bacon ect. Fresh juices. Our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience. Service is perfect, rooms are clean and nice, bar service was very good and last but not least at a fantastic quiet location BUT close to Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Next time we come to London we will normally stay again in 'The Arch'.

An excellent hotel with superb staff. We stayed here as the last two days of our honeymoon. We were upgraded to a better room and had a lovely set of treats left for us. The staff were very very good. Discreet, unfussy and extremely helpful. The concierge on two occasions walked into traffic to flag down a taxi for us.... More

From the moment we arrived until point of departure we were made to feel very special. Stayed for one night December 2014 on business and also had a (private) meal at the hotel. An attention to detail sets some hotels above very good and makes them really good and, in my opinion, this is one such hotel. Excellent top notch service, clean smart luxurious hotel conveniently located. Stayed just the Friday night to attend a Christmas event in another larger nearby Hotel and our stay at The Arch, made an enjoyable evening complete. Everything was just right. The only gripe was that we could not stay for longer. Will stay again whenever we get the chance.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
