I always use this hotel for my visiting family and never fails me. The team is friendly and accommodation nothing is too much. Could benefit from bigger car park overall, but will still return whenever needed.

An amazing hotel. Starting from the rooms and how clean and big they are to how polite the people who work there are. As well as the excellent air conditioning of the room. Brilliant prices for such good quality of staying. I stayed in London for a month and during this time my family and I were more than happy with the place that we were living in. In addition, the location of the hotel was very good and by the lake. A beautiful view to wake up to and the restaurant’s breakfast is delicious. We thank all employees who work in this excellent hotel for giving us this wonderful experience and a special thank you to Mr. Nabeel. Tarik from Saudi Arabia.

Had a lovely night in the Emperor Suite for my girlfriends birthday. The only negative was that the curtains were slightly hanging off the rail. We didn’t have a TV remote and after just over an hour and having to call reception and go down there on two occasions, we finally got a remote, other than that we had a lovely night and would definitely recommend.

I stayed at the rafayel hotel in London due to attending a festival. Upon arrival they offered to carry out bags into the hotel and guided us into a car parking space. The staff when checking in were so polite and friendly . The room was lovely a jet shower, very clean and a comfortable bed. I will definitely visit again . Not to mention it only cost 118 pounds it is definitely in my top three hotels I have visited .

I booked a night here via getting a good deal from Groupon. For £90 a night a stay for 2, with a glass of prosecco and use of the spa. Upon arrival the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. It was a very hot day and we had done alot of walking so when we arrived we were very very hot...the receptionist turned up the aircon straight away for us which was nice. We were staying in room 306....lovely room, massive bathroom with jets in the shower but the windows surrounded the bed and the glass iant even tinted so everyone could see in easily enough and if you disnt want that you needed to close the blinds which then defeats the object of seeing out and getting the sun in. I think one way windows would be very preferable but this isnt a deal breaker. The bed was comfy but seemed a very small double, deff not suitable for someone over 6ft. The bar/restaurant area was lovely. You can sit seeing the views of the river or there are chairs outside and it's perfect placement to watch a sunset with a cocktail. This by far dor me was the best part. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty, we ordered off the menu and it came out hot, tasty and well presented although my salmon and eggs were just that...I thought it may come with toast....again personal preference. For us what really was disappointing was the spa!!! On Monday we got down to the Spa at 11am ish....a got came with us from reception as there was no one in the spa....he got us towels, robes and slippers and said of we wanted anythingelse to help ourselves out the back as no one was there.....we went and got changed (you get given tokens for the lockers) and then went to get in the jacuzzi....it didnt work....nor was the steam room steamy or the sauna hot!!!.....we went out to reception and thankfully a lasy was now there....we explained the issue.....it turns out that nothing had been switched on (by this point 11.30am) except the lights clearly... she said something about things tripping?! I then booked myself in for a 30min massage which was reasonably priced at £45 it was a very good treatment!! I met with my friend after, she was by this point in a lovely bubbly jacuzzi.....I got in and the bubbles stopped!! It turns out the jacuzzi didn't like more then one person in it for there to be a nice amount of bubbles...I got out it started up again....to say it's a 5* hotel and spa.....I think is not at all 5* the spa is so very very small....the pool is almost like a dipping pool and is cold...dont expert to be able to do lengths. For the price we paid it was nice to stay here but I wouldn't rush back tbh having stayed in better 4* hotels right in the city.
