We booked the seraphine for its location to the Royal Albert Hall as we were attending a concert we were due to stay 4 nights. On the first morning there was no hot water for the shower we told the reception and was told that the boiler had tripped out and was being reset so we had cold showers. The...

Having read varying reports I did not quite know what we were going to find ,however all worries were quickly dispelled Having mobility problems I was worried about the stairs up to reception, On arrival I pushed the intercom bell and straight away the charming girl on reception was down the stairs to assist The room was very clean, and...

I stayed here the night before a conference as it was opposite the hotel where I would be staying for work. The hotel is a good price and an excellent location. The rooms are small but if you are out exploring London, then this won't matter too much. There are some accessibility issues with a good few stairs to come...

We stayed seven nights at the Seraphine Kensington Gardens hotel in London last week during our time in England and it was perfect for our needs. Perfect location right on the corner of the palace end of Kensington Gardens, underground station 2 blocks away, buses to all points in the city stop on that block or the other side of...

After days of trawling through the internet for a reasonably priced hotel near to the Royal Albert Hall, I decided to go for the Seraphine with the promise of our double deluxe room overlooking Kensington Gardens. I am including 2 photos of the view from our incredibly tiny room...as you can see, clearly not Kensington Gardens. We went straight back...

Brilliant location right opposite Kensington Palace. We stayed 1 night for an event at The Royal Albert Hall which is only 3 bus stops away or a 10 minute walk. Very nice hotel. Could not find any faults would definately stay here again.

Used to be much better just over a year ago. Definitely needs an urgent renovation. Will not stay here again although i was here 2 years ago and was happy. The room and bathroom were not clean enough.

Stayed at this hotel as going to Royal Albert Hall and this hotel is very close by. Location is great just opposite Kensington gardens ant the palace. When you arrive at the hotel the entrance hall is quite off putting and dingy. Our room wasn't a bad size, the bed looked clean and it was comfortable to sleep in. The...

We stayed - three of us - one night in a 'junior suite' - it was very 'junior' yet it catered to our needs for a comfortable night and good location. The Seraphine is superbly located for a number of London attractions. We visited Kensington Palace and the Diana exhibition which is only a few minutes away across Kensington High...

We visited for the weekend and stayed Friday and Saturday night here. We walked the 20 ish minutes from Kensington Olympia station and found the hotel without problem (although it certainly doesn't jump out at you!). We'd booked through lastminute.com and although we'd paid, the hotel obviously hadn't been (not their fault I believe) so it took another half an...
