Modern and all updated hotel with a Nordic / Scandinavian vibe with Danish designer furniture. Very quiet area 5-6 min walk from Paddington Station. Some of the rooms are on the smaller side but sparkling clean and fresh towels daily. Plenty of hot water in the rainshower.Coffee and tea / kettle available in the room. Rinsed cold water on tap on each floor. Had a lovely breakfast every morning, however no meat as sausages are vegan but I didn't taste any difference :) Excellent service and great staff both in hotel and coffee shop / restaurant downstairs - serving mums homebaking with glutenfree / vegan options daily. Great coffee too.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that left me thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I entered the room, I couldn't help but notice the lack of light, small window on an internal courtyard and low ceiling. It felt suffocating and claustrophobic, making it difficult to relax or even move around comfortably. I stayed in room 10 on the ground floor. Looking at the fire escape plan, only 9 rooms have a window facing to the street, the rest of the rooms have windows facing internal courtyards. You therefore have only 43% chance of staying in a room with a view on the street and 57% chance of having an ugly view on a tiny internal space with very low light. What struck me the most was the stark contrast between the room I was given and the pictures I had seen online while booking. The hotel's website showcased spacious and well-appointed rooms, but in reality, the room I received was a far cry from what was advertised. This bait-and-switch tactic is deceptive and unfair to guests who expect honesty and transparency. Furthermore, the hotel's policy regarding the gym was utterly ridiculous. The fact that the gym could only be accessed by appointment seemed unnecessary and inconvenient. As a paying guest, I expected the convenience of using the facilities at my own leisure, but this policy added an unnecessary layer of hassle to my stay. The only positive of my stay was the shower gel and shampoo which both smelled great.

I had to go on a business trip to London in the same week as my partner's birthday. She hadn't been in London in a long time, so I asked her if she would join me. We recently adopted a dog, who still has abandonment anxiety, and we decided to bring her with us. Alice, Deva, and I booked Inhabit, because I already stayed there for a previous business trip and it's in a great area and has amazing staff. Our stay was perfect. Deva was treated like any other guest. Christian, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible, with prompt responses to any query and good advice. Marian was always available to help with anything. And the rest of the staff was just as friendly and kind, I'm truly sorry for not remembering all of the names, because they'd deserve to be named one by one. The first room we were given was very very spacious and comfortable, but we had an issue with the shower that was quickly addresses, but in the end we were moved to a different room. The new room had a great view on Cleveland Square and a spectacular shower. A hotel that sells itself as sustainable shouldn't have such fantastic showers, you would never turn the tap off 😁

Great place. Location couldn’t be better. Facilities are nice, modern and very clean. Staff is warm and professional, and make a difference. Only drawback, rooms are a bit small, and bathroom was very small. Other than that, 100% recommended. Will come back!

Rooms are a bit small but nice. Perfect Location next to Paddington and quite close to Notting Hill. Service is outstanding. Restaurant food is great but it is a shame you need to pay directly instead of charging it into the room.
