My parents have just stayed here for 3 nights as we're having work done at our house. It's a perfect home from home, very clean, warm and with friendly staff. They stayed in room 4 which has a seating area which apparently made all the difference! I think this will now be their bedroom of choice when visiting us in... More

The hotel was spotless. It is quirky but personal. Beds very comfortable. Staff v helpful. Easy to find. Good value for London. Some rooms small but I certainly had a good nights sleep. No lift though. Breakfast simple continental but enough. Brown bread would have been nice as a choice.

We stayed here (four persons) during one night. The place is very small, very tiny and not roomy in any matter. However, the service is fantastically positive and the the whole guest house is very, very clean. The breakfast is not too nice but you can survive with that till lunch or a snack.

Recent stayed two nights for a family gathering - would definitely come back.Great value for money. Clean, friendly - everything you could want really from a B & B and definitely more personal than a run of the mill hotel

Stayed here for one night with my family. Very friendly staff, especially Tony. Really helpful. Very clean and quiet. Had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely although not a full English but great none the less. Would certainly recommend it. Even posted us our charger after we left it behind. 💒⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

John is very attentive and helpful, as were the other members of the staff. This is a gem of a place to stay, clean, central with a garden and garden room you can use. Which is lovely to relax in. I would recommend Lavender Guest House to all my family and friends.

So many doggy stuff going on in this place!! My bro and I went to London for few days and we booked a double room. The owner, a Greek man in his 80s started making issues and tried his best to move us into a room with separate bed as it was more expensive. When we had to pay, the... More

The place is really nice and clean. The host is friendly and made himself available for the whole stay. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a cozy and lovely place where to stay. My family was very impressed by how the room was neat and tidy.
