I was overcharged for the stay , paid in full at hotels.com and at Marlon Apartments I was charged £200 plus £62.44 in addition to hotels.com to this day the money has not been returned. Contacted the management at Marlin Apartments and received no response.

The apartment was clean and plenty of space however the bed was terrible kept moving away from wall. They charge you a £200 deposit on arrival and can take upto 5 days to go back into ur bank. We had to get up early and there was nowhere nearby open for breakfast. Would I stay here again ? NO

Cleaning staff tried to walk -in while we were sleeping in the morning and they didn’t wait untill we checked-out, very unprofessional attitude. Tv remote was set to one channel only- nonsense! Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are clean but not quite comfy - We experienced the abnormal short length of the beds. Would be nice if single use slippers, tooth brush and tooth paste would have been provided. Location is close to Aldgate subway station 3-4 min of walking. Plenty of halal restaurants around. Apartment’s door lock is faulty.

Liked · Location Accommodation Staff Didn't like Lack of cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth) Lack of large broom or vacuum cleaner when there are many of you over several days, it's useful. There were 5 of us, there were only 4 chairs. Table too small to eat there at 5. Under the cushions of the armchair there were papers left by the previous guests and the apartment had not been cleaned under the sofa...

I stayed at the Marlin Aldgate, would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment the area. Staff friendly, apartment has good facilities, parking on site, will use again when I need to stay on business.

We hat a nice stay in Merlin Appartments. Clean and quiet rooms, helpful staff. Bus Station and underground near by as well as some supermarkets. Central Location for a Trip to London. Restaurants, especially exzellent korean‘s around the corner.

Magnificent view good slpit of rooms good and helpful reception 24/7 the cleanness of the rooms is average. No washuop was done on the floor, it was a bit sticky. Overall good stay with kids i do recommmend.

We took our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) to London for spring break from the US. The apartment was the perfect size for us and the location was AMAZING. For the price I would say it was perfect! First, there is a full Kitchen which was great to store snacks and having breakfast before setting out for the day. There were two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a pull out sofa for our teenager. The beds were not the most comfortable, but I wouldn’t let that deter you. The apartment was clean, and we felt safe in this area of the city. I was concerned with it her reviews saying it was loud, but I actually thought it was quiet especially for a city. We have had louder rooms in Philadelphia, New York, and Washington D.C. Now for the fun stuff, there are 3 underground stations within a quick walk, we used mostly Aldgate East. On the way to Aldgate East there was a small playground that the kids played on every morning and night. It had hills, a slide, and trampolines! There was a Sainsbury Local and Amazon Fresh very close by. There are tons of yummy restaurants and a gelato place near by as well. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Marlin. If we return to London, we will be using them again. …

Except ease of travel nothing really great in terms of customer driven approach. No provision to keep your luggage especially when you moving someplace for a short stay and then coming back to the same property.
