What a dump reception was as if he was doing me a good turn room was that bad holes punched in bathroom door towels were washed that much turned grey felt like prison cell as door had window in so anyone could look in Then they wanted to charge £15 to park on there front when 100 yards down road... My husband and a colleague stayed here whilst in London for work purposes. The room was filthy! He face timed me and showed me just how dirty it was... The light fitment had years worth of dirt on it, the shower had cracked and broken tiles. The shower head was mouldy and full of scale, the fridge was gross it... More

We stayed here as a last minute choice. The room seemed clean at first but upon closer inspection, the corners and top of fridge and windows were filthy and the toilet hasn't been properly cleaned (see photos). We arrived late at night with tired children who just were exhausted so I didn't get to inspect the beds much. However next... More

It is one of the cheapest hotels that we were able to find in London nearer to city center and not in zone 4 or 5. It is not far from the tube, at least for me. You can take bus, that stops right in front of the hotel or you can walk and that is not too far either,... More

The hotel website is extremely misleading, this isn't a boutique hotel, the images are inaccurate. The rooms are disgusting, beds unclean, towels not laundered, carpets stained, no lock on the door, dirty facilities. This isn't a hotel it is a half-way house. Upon check in we were given room 23 and after going to see Take That in Hyde Park... More

I would not recommend to anyone to go this hotel. The staff are very racist and rood. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Photos lie. Website looked good with nice room pictures. On arrival it was a tiny bedsit. Shower never worked. Dirty! Walked out after first night. WARNING DO NOT STAY. Crap!

Very pleasant room, basic, but perfect if only staying for one or two nights. Friendly staff, would stay there again for anything at Bush Hall and within 10 minutes of Queens Park Rangers football ground.

Booked this hotel as it was the cheapest one we could find that wasn't right in the city centre. We didn't expect much but we were happy with the room we got and it was near a bus stop. The room had a fridge, kettle and tea and coffee so we were happy with that. I'd recommend this hotel for... More

If you have low expectations then this place is perfect. We needed a place for a single night at the last minute. I should have read more of the trip advisor reviews before booking. For 65 pound for a night it is probably a little over priced. The room was cozy but there were stains on the sheets and hair... More

I stayed here for 3 nights, the receptionist was very polite and friendly on arrival. The walk from the hotel is about 20 minutes to the nearest tube station and whilst at first it seems a fair trek, you get used to it after a while. There are lots of reasonably priced pubs and cafe/restaurants nearby. The room it self... More
