Stayed for one week at the hotel. Very accessible to the market place. Excellent place for breakfast. The hotel offers the best pizza ever. Staff was very helpful specially to handle our luggage with kids.
We had booked a family holiday to London over Christmas but yesterday, Club Quarters Trafalgar square, put a major spanner in those plans. I received a notification on Booking.com that my booking, made 3 months ago, had been cancelled. There was no reason given, no correspondence from the hotel, and when I asked for a reason, they weren't forthcoming in giving one. Less than ideal given we already have flights and events booked. Luckily, another London hotel, H10 Waterloo, have accepted our dates and at a more cheaper rate too.
Had an amazing time at this fantastic hotel. We were a little nervous to travel during covid, but we were treated by a lovely gentleman named Nalin who made us feel very at ease. Nalin upgraded our room out of good will and was absolutely fab !!! The rooms were spotless and sealed to make sure they were covid safe. London was as busy as ever, but with precautions in place. It was brilliant and will definitely be visiting again !
Very nice hotel and good value. Traffic noise can be a little loud if you stay in a room at the front of the hotel. Pillows a bit too soft for me so could do with another one. Overall very pleasant stay
Lovely hotel and staff, the hotel was very quite due to corona. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location in the centre of London, in walking distance of most sightseeing places. At the top of the street you have Trafalgar Square and the bottom is the embankment on the River Thames.
