As a female on my own, I didn't feel overly safe in this hotel. My room was down in a dark dingy basement area, there was noise all night with people coming up and down the stairs.

Dirty carpets, dirty pillow covers, very conjusted stair case and dangerous, attached bathroom was pathetic with no shower stand with very slow water. The worst you could pay for. Only the location is a plus.
