Ok, the positives. Within a short walk from Paddington, with plenty of pubs, cafes and restaraunts around. Dont make the mistake of buying breakfast at the Steakhouse opposite the station though, Ouch!! Much more reasonable at one of the nearby cafes. We were meant to stay at The Seymour but were told on arrival that we were staying at The...

If you want to meet people from the lowest level of any society go there. We talk about one of the lady called Jackie and her entourage are running the place in a gang style, very poilte at the beginning and later on pushing her bad behavior towards any of the visitors. If you complain to the reception the answer...

I went to that disgusting [-](they dare to call a hostel) a few days ago. The bed bugs came onto less than 10 minutes after being in bed. I got bitten all over the body, i couldn't sleep all night because of that and the following morning i found myself with very massive and very itchy bits all over my...

We booked 5 nights but only stayed 1. Toilets and showers all dirty. We didnt have bugs in our bed - there was a Pest Control Box in our room. We expected very little but we even got less. This house needs a total renewal to get back to hygienic basics! Staff is friendly and very helpful.

This place is the most dirty, disgusting hostel I have ever stayed in. There are bed bugs, mice/rats, the worst kitchens with no supplies, and clogged drains. The showers are ridden with mould and are very tiny, the female shower room has 3 showers (which don't always work) with no privacy. The staff realise the bed bug problem, yet make...

DO NOT STAY THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! Where do I start, everything was terrible terrible terrible. The crabby receptionist could not even smile at us when we arrived. We were thrown into a horrid dirty room with bunk beds that were falling apart and infested with bed bugs (we were covered in red spots/bites after one night. Our room...

Take our advice and do not stay here! The place is so run down and dirty that it is just not worth it...even if it is central and fairly cheap. We had the worst experience that we have ever had in our time staying at budget hotels and hostels around the world. The foyer area is fine but thats where...

Worst hostel ever in 25 years travel in many undeveloped countries. Stayed 4 days with family in mid December. Kitchen was indescribably filthy, no crockery, cutlery, very few pots and pans. Security lacking, items of food, crockery, cutlery and clothing stolen during stay but management unconcerned and unhelpful. Guests smoking various substances in kitchen and dining areas.
