The hotel is in a good location close to the underground and in a nice area, but that is pretty much it. It's really convenient coming from Heathrow. Horrible breakfast and uninterested serving staff. It's ok if you only need a place to sleep for a few nights.

The rooms are small, the baths extremely small, the staf rude, one of our two rooms was in the basement smelling old, damp cellar and was extremely unpleasant to sleep and breathe in. Woke up by the staf removing trash, long queue to get in to the breakfast room but not food available there! Would never go back, this is... More

Literally the WORST hotel I've EVER had the misfortune to stumble across. If you're not looking for a hotel that will cost the earth, a hostel would genuinely be a better option than here. I have been charged TWICE for the one night stay that I had, with the hotel taking the initial payment and then my card details entered... More

Very small rooms but quite convenient as it is very close to the station. Many places to eat nearby and shopping locations. Staff was not so nice except one guy that was always kind enough to give us directions and information on where to go and what to do.

Great location near to Earl's Court tube station. Room is small and basic but clean and has air con! Walls are thin which is exactly what you would expect at this price point. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The Grand Hotel on Trebovir Road closed unexpectedly and without notice. When we arrived there was a repossession notice on the door so we were forced to drag our suitcases down the street in search of a room. If you have reservations at the Grand, you won't get in.

I went with friends for tea admittedly with a voucher offer. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Prosecco at start was lovely. Excellent range of teas, sandwiches fine and most of the cakes. The scone stand mini muffins were not. Tasted very stale and were extremely hard. Think the cook might need some lessons in how to make.

Stayed in a family room. Clean room & bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast can be improved though. Great location. I do wonder why there are so many doors to pass through...thank god our room was on the ground floor. The air condition remote in the room was not functioning and we had to call the reception each time we... More

Great location however hotel is a bit tired. Like a rabbit warren inside with doors everywhere but if you are looking for a quiet hotel close to an underground station with quick access to the city this will do. Furniture run down, no fridge in room, quite a small tv and obviously they are trying to convert a business premises... More
