Greta was the most amazing waitress on the terrace! We had beautifully cold rosé on Jurema Terrace on a hot sunny London weekday. Being here reminded me of why I love this hotel so much and their wonderful hospitality. Bravo Greta!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, and indeed for recognising Greta, we will be sure to pass on your thanks to her. Our Chef has spent a lot of time and consideration on the South American influences and how to bring this to the Mandrake, for both Yopo and Jurema and we're very proud of the wonderful feedback that we have received about the food and our kitchen team. I hope that you have taken a moment to visit the website and sign up for the Mandrake Eye, we have some exciting offers coming up for guests who have been before - opportunities to be the first to experience our new menu's, cocktails and our Art Installations. We look forward to welcoming you back to Jurema and the Mandrake. My very best regards, Darren

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Trip Advisor, all feedback is important to us so we can continue to grow and develop our guest experience. I'm so pleased that you have enjoyed your weekend with us, Jurema Terrace is especially great for a nice, relaxing evening. When staying at the weekends, if you want to enjoy the vibe of Waeska bar then our Terrace Rooms are perfect, whereas, if you are wanting to enjoy the serenity and relaxing side of The Mandrake then our Newman Rooms are further from the centre of the hotel and provide a sanctuary of peace and quiet.. We will be contacting you shortly to see if you would like to be kept up to date with our updates, Artist in Residence information and exclusive 'Mandragorian' promotions - I do hope that you will take advantage of this and that we will see you back at The Mandrake in the near future. With my warmest regards, Darren

I love the Madrake hotel . I had a birthday party with friends in late May . I rang ahead and was met with such a helpful and amazing service. I arrived and we were greeted at he door personally by Juzoas . He is the bar manger . He made us feel so exclusive . He greeted all my friends individually and escorted us to our table . He made an effort to get us a beautiful spot overlooking the bar. He took our coats and asked the waiters to attend to us immediately. We had food . I have to say the food was delicious, a good selection of all foods . One of my friends has a gluten allergy so Juzoas made sure the kitchen was made aware of this and she was catered for . We had an endless supply of amazing cocktails and were introduced to staff who we’re serving us . Juzoas came and sat with us and made us feel so welcome . He couldn’t do enough for us . This was the most amazing evening and I wanted to thank all the staff and who looked after us . The staff follow by example and Juzoas sets the tone , he is the most wonderful and amazing host . The mandrake should be proud to have such a professional person at the heart of their establishment. I can’t wait to come back again with my work colleagues and friends again . I think I will most definitely be a regular . I would highly recommend a corporate event , a social gathering or a romantic meet. This beautiful place is for everyone .

Design-inspired boutique hotel tucked away in the heart of London's West End, really cool place with a stunning Balinese style terrace with gorgeous passionflowers and Jasmin flowers which makes you feel like your transported to a garden in Bali not sat in the middle of central London. The food is an exceptional mix of South American style cuisine and they also serve great cocktails, the staff are all so friendly and very helpful. I've been a regular guest at the restaurant and bar since the opening a few years ago and I must say it has to be my favorite place in London, Love this place!
