I stayed there several times already and I never got disappointed. The hostel is in a very good location, very close to an underground station an many bus routes. It simple and unpretentious, and most importantly very affordable. It's always been clean and very well organized. Breakfast is extremely basic but it's included. There's plenty of coffee shops, bars an...

I stayed one night (last night). I stayed in a 6 person room with ensuite occupied by 4 individuals. I normally don't write reviews, but thought that the staff were so helpful (both prior to booking answering my questions and also when I arrived quite late at night) that they deserved to have a mention.

The personnel in the reception does not seem very willing to help you. Unfortunately it's very small & cold room, of course it's normal in London. But really I could not even move in the room because of the luggages of other guests etc. It's why I did not stay at the room at all and went to their nice...

Not a terrible hostel!! It was pretty decent for 15 people sleeping in one room. Not a lot of room for luggage though! Wifi also wasn't good and the beds weren't particularly comfortable but the staff were nice and welcoming, and roommates were decent!! Extremely close to russel square which was great!!

- Good reception - Poor breakfast (no gluten free or lactoses free options) and the help was quite rude - Shared WC´s were only cleaned once a day - The room had objects (shampoo bottles) between the mattress and the bed - There´s a Tesco very near the Hostel, in front of the subway station.

Pubes everywhere. Bed sheet, pillow case, carpet, toilet seat, sink, shower, and locker... you name it, you can find a pubic hair there. Flip flops are a necessity to avoid garhering pubes between your toes during shower time. I learnt a few things from this hostel: 1. That bed sheets are commonly used as clothing. 2. That triple storey bunk...

Some friends and I stayed for three days, and for the type of hostel it is, I can say it is quite good: cheap, 15min walking (or less) to the centre of London, with a nice breakfast and very clean. The only thing is that there were not many plugs in the room we stayed. But apart from that, I...

The hostel is situated in the very centre of London, just 2 minutes walking from Russel Square tube station, but even walking you are about 30 minutes from Picadilly. I enjoyed the breakfast in the great hall, where you can meet and chat with people, however the rooms were pretty small, considering that 9 people needed to fit in. However,...

Clean, quiet, helpful friendly staff, secure, great area. First hostel I've stayed in where I didn't really need to bring shower shoes. Literally two minutes from Russell Square Tube. Great common room area.
