Stayed for 2 nights and was happy with the apartment. Basic set up but cheap for London. Only a 5 minute walk from Earls Court tube station (Warwick Road exit) . Staff friendly and helpful with advice and providing bag drop before check in and after check out.

Good location because it is very near to Tesco so we could get groceries very easily; short walk to Earls Court tube station and it is next to a bus station (bus C1, C3, 358). The kitchen cabinet doors needed to be fixed because it was really annoying to close the cabinet doors; toilet lights seemed to have life on... More

This hotel is centrally located about a 7 minute walk from the Earl's Court Tube Station. The hotel is also near a Tesco store which facilitates buying your own groceries which we enjoy. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, including coming to our room to help us figure out how to turn on the electronic counter top "stove".... More

I stayed here for the first time in almost 6 years. It's a good location logistically for motorway, airport, Central London, etc. Currently the top 3 floors are closed off due to renovation work, which is extremely noisy. As a consequence, there's no heating or air conditioning, although portable units are provided. Furniture needs updating asap. Shower room was fantastic!

We were a bit disappointed when we first arrived at the very small size of our 1 bedroom suite. It was nicely renovated but although it had controls for air con, when I asked they said it was not working. We got the key for the balcony to let some air in but could not leave it open as there... - Bathroom flooded every time I took a shower. The issue has been there for a long time and never fixed. - Wood floors of room were filthy - Climate control didn't work in the room - Carpets in hallways leading to rooms were disgusting Recommend you live like a tourist and spend a couple more pounds for a way... We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights a fortnight ago after being relocated from one of their other properties a few months ago. Yes, we read all their negative reviews and yes we had our doubts but we were pleasantly surprised. We found the staff to be extremely professional and helpful. Check in/ out was easy. Staff... I have stayed at other go native which i have liked and I must say this one disappointed me. The main reason was the lack of air con and layout of the rooms. Given the hot temperatures lately we opened the room to be hit by a heatwave . Very hot and stuffy to find no air con and just... More

Stayed at the Go Native in a two bedroom hotel/apartment room. The room accommodated our family of four wonderfully and provided for a comfortable and convenient stay while we visited London. The hotel has daily maid service and the rooms are large (by big city standards). Our room had a full kitchen and a small living and dining room. The... More

We stayed in the Tower Hill Go Native last year which was amazing. This was okay but a bit disappointing. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but the air conditioning was dodgy and we only had a fan which was only a small help in a hot August! The doors on the kitchen cupboards didn't shut properly and... More
