The faucets were filthy, the freezer door was broken, the drawer for the dishes was broken, the fan didn't work and the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. The place is really run down and not worth it.

The room is quite large room and there is a little kitchen, fridge, cattle, iron, hair dryer. So I have everything I need. The location is great. Pharmacy, supermarkets, charity shops, all types of food available around it. It is easy to get to the center. Bus 139 starts from in front of the hotel. It takes you directly to... More

We stayed here for 10 nights in August while waiting to move into our new flat. We chose this studio for two reasons: the location and self-catering ability. On both fronts this was an excellent choice. It was in the neighbourhood we would soon be renting in - West Hampstead is clean, very picturesque, full of great shops and only... More

Conveniently located; the area had a great vibe and plentiful transit options. The key here is perspective - this is a genuinely good option for a stay in London. West Hampstead is a good link to Luton airport. The room is best described as a renovation that's on pause but it's very functional. The bed, the shower, the toilet and... More

This place is about 10 minutes walk from West Hamstead tube station. We were a little confused at first as to the location as it is not quite a hotel, but having found no.274 we went into an office/shop called London Lets in a parade of shops and cafes and were immediately welcomed at the reception desk. Our family room... More

Location is quite good in that its a 10 minute walk from the tube and 30 secs from buses to Brent Cross. And its close to all sorts of interesting cafes, & shops. Little Waitrose across the road, fresh bagels for breakfast and Lebanese, Italian and Indian cuisine all on hand to name but a few. However the "suite" was... More

Pretty cool small lodgings. Spotless and good value for what is a pretty expensive part of town. Reception next door very friendly staff. Room has an amazing quirky cupboard that opens up into a small kitchen. Although there are many small inexpensive cafe's in the street including a great Bangladeshi curry house across the street.

The pictures on travel.com was definatly deceiving. The place you get your key from looks more of a shop then a reception the staff are quite rude. The room it's self is very big and have a lot of space but the bed was disgusting it's was dirty the pillows had hair on it the bath was dirty and moulding... More

Difficult to find 274 doesn't look like an apartment block more like an accommodation office. In fact I was put in building 291 across the road. There were bare electrical wires in the bathroom. The cupboard where the "kitchen" was located smelt awful and although tea/coffee was provided there wasn't any milk. The bed was too small and uncomfortable and... More
