Notes on door tell you to park round the back , after you have parked at the front and unloaded, Then no answer , so note on door tells you to ring a number and you get buzzed in to find your key in a pot in the hall. In the very very small room the blind doesn't shut correctly... More

I stayed in THE WIMBLEDON hotel for over two months, due to business purposes. I enjoyed my stay there very much. From the hotel it is just a short walk to Wimbledon town center, the bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was also very good. Especially the hotel manager was... More

Very convenient place to stay, public transport right beside hotel. within walking distance of Wimbledon train station and town centre. Very welcoming and friendly proprietor. As our taxi was not collecting us till late afternoon, we could leave our bags in room until then, which was a great help.

The good: the staff were very friendly, especially Winsome and Sandra, and the manager means well. The beds were comfy as well. The bad: rooms are small and in poor repair. Handles missing off dresser, wallpaper peeling, lights not working, TV not getting reception, Wi-Fi signal weak, doors sticking, shower and toilet leaking, small closets with few hangers. There is... Actually, we also rent a car to travel Bath, Winsor Castle, Oxford and other towns near London, parking is free in this hotel (as you may know parking is... More

This was another pleasant stay where I was again made welcome, the accommodation and facilities again meeting my needs. Although the furniture in the bedroom was not modern it provided me all necessary storage space. The bed was very comfortable and the shower efficient. The room was clean and well serviced throughout my visit. I again enjoyed my breakfasts, very... More

Great service. Jay was super accommodative in extending my stay due to my flexible timelines. Clean rooms and great hospitality. I was a on a business trip and the rooms were great value for money. Strongly recommended.

clean rooms, well intending staff.. but the rooms are not well maintained, old closets and room doors, broken drawer knobs, no way to tilt the shade of the window blinds without getting on the bed to reach the ceiling where the shades top part is (ie the long stick of the window blind is not there) worse is the dripping... Solid hotel, which is located a short walk (or two bus stops) from Wimbledon train station. It was my first stay here, but with great experience: it's slightly exotic style, clean, cozy, with good service, so I definitely can recommend it.

This is the second time I've stayed at The Wimbledon Hotel. The location is very central and perfect for my needs. Jay and his team are always ever so friendly and accommodating. The room was always cleaned to a high standard, and the decor/presentation of the room is also excellent. I did stay for 5 nights, so it would be... More
