We stayed here for a night for my partners birthday and were really pleasantly surprised. The hotel rooms were spacious, immaculate, and modern. The views (which we had paid extra for) were amazing😍😍😍 The spa was underwhelming, small pool and nowhere to lie and relax. The shower room had open toilets in which caused an awful smell. If you are coming just for the pool, then don’t. The roof top bar is what sold it too us, it was beautiful ! We were staying over the hot bank holiday weekend so it was a perfect spot to drink and relax while watching over London. The staff were nice, one man in reception was really cold, I did point this out to the other receptionist though as I was only wanting to deal with him.

My husband was here on business and I came along. We travel here for a week, every other year, for his work. The hotel is clean, a bit industrial in decor and in a good location to walk to the shopping and dining options of Canary Wharf. Tubes and trains nearby and Uber’s easy to get. The restaurant upstairs (Bokan) is amazing! The night timer dining (and Spectacular Views of London!!!) is the finest in the area. We ate there 3x it was so good. It’s busy, so make reservations. The coffee shop downstairs worked for breakfast for me, except it opened a bit late. The breakfast upstairs was 25 pounds pp. The negatives: this hotel does not seem to cater to women. The hairdryers are poor, no shower caps offered, the lights turned on in the bathroom shines through the glass wall to the bedroom, etc. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay.

If you are doing business in CW then give this certain consideration. The standard breakfast is served at the top of the building with one of the single best views of downtown London. Rooms are modern and very adequate. Service is very good.

Had an amazing stay at the Novotel Canary Wharf. The receptionist, Sara, was brilliant, warm and welcoming. She gave us all the information we needed for our stay and was friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was on the 34thfloor with amazing views. The room was spotless clean and was equipped with everything we needed. An added benefit is the well stocked mini bar which is all complimentary!! The gym is small and more focussed on cardio machines rather than weights but all equipment is in good working order and clean. We loved the pool, which includes a jet stream and a saunarium. We will definitely use this hotel again and will also recommend to friends if they are ever in the area. Overall this hotel is great value for money and although not situated in the heart of London there’s still plenty of bars open on a Saturday night

Views over the (south) west of London over the Thames towards the City are great. Room on the 31st floor, slightly odd shape and somehow felt not very spacious but facilities were good and in keeping with other executive rooms in this chain. Minibar in the room was included in the tariff (beers, two mini wines, water and snacks) and replenished each day. Breakfast is served on the top floor so same great views, everyone wanting to have a window seat, of course. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned further on one day during my stay as the carpet was a mess and the linen was marked otherwise cleanliness was good. Slippers had not been provided along with dressing gown as advertised. Not keen on the 10 AM knock on the door (12 MD checkout) on my last morning ostensibly to remind me that I was leaving that day (???). Felt I needed to agree a time (before 12 MD ) that I was to leave so no pressure then. International tourist clientele over the weekend as might be expected and despite being off the tourist path in Canary Wharf.
