I was staying at this property for a couple of night. Good value for money. The apartments are fully equipped and you have all you need. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this flat.

Good location equidistant from Angel and Old Street tube stations. However that's where the good news ends. To be clear this is not a serviced apartment as we know it - simply 2 bedroom accommodation in a block operated by Anglo Educational Services. On arrival the street was full of foreign students having a smoke in the street. Having entered...

We rented its Kensington apartment in August, and found the apartment completely filthy with broken bed, fridge with rotten food, showers with mould everywhere. Beds were lumpy and couches are full of stains. After we demanded our money back, management moved us to an unit next door, which is another nightmare. The apartment had a serious leak from the roof....

Location and size of the apartment was very acceptable, but cleanliness was really horrible including broken chairs and uncomfortable beds. From my point of view more suitable for younger groups than for families.

The apartment was in a very good location, with the underground and a market really near, but it was very durty (there weren't any besom to clean) and it needs some maintenances because some radiators don't work.

We stayed here when we traveled recently to London. I never write bad reviews, but this property isn’t worthy of anything else. I had originally booked a 3 bedroom Maida Vale apartment, but upon arriving, called and moved to the 4 bedroom Maida Vale apartments in another location. Why? The 3 bedroom was so filthy I couldn’t believe it. There...

The apartment had mildew on the ceilings of both bathrooms and was very smelly. The fittings were of poor quality, kickboards were missing from under the kitchen units and the place was in need of decoration. The beds are single metal beds with very thin and uncomfortable mattresses. The location is one of the worst areas of Shoreditch and is...

All single beds in a 2 bed apartment the most awful beds I have ever tried to sleep on!!! and the only art work on the walls were cork boards. We spoke to 2 Umi...

We checked in at UMI Hotel in Bayswater was told to wait till 2pm to know where we will be going. They don't tell you the location of the apartment during booking until you arrive at UMI Hotel and only after 2pm. So we didn't even know how we should plan our movements since they kept the location of the...
