We were in town last weekend for some gigs at Hyde Park and stayed at the Novotel Paddington. The location was perfect for our travels, being so close to the station but better than that, the quality of service we received, was exceptional. A big thank you to Sharon and her excellent team. We would highly recommend a stay if you are ever in town. Thanks again team Novotel Paddington
We stayed in the Novotel London Paddington Hotel for a long week-end in London We had an executive room with an amazing view on Paddington's railway network but no noise from it as the hotel has two double screen windows so it is fully isolating from outsinde noise. The staff was amazingly nice and the room has everything requires : nice bed, accurate space, a bath (that was nice as we came with our baby boy) and a nice shower. Location is perfect as we were at two minutes of Paddington train station that is a huge hub for london transportation networ. The hotel quality really contribute to our amazing stay and surely if we come back to london, we will try to book again in this place. Thanks to the whole Novotel London Paddington Hotel team !
We stayed one night following a trip to Holland before travelling home. Not to far to walk from Paddington station. Even though close to bars and eateries we found the hotel quiet. We were allocated a high floor executive room which we found very clean with good facilities. Staff on Reception and in the bar could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We will definitely return!
Stayed here for one night back in July 2021 which coincided with the restrictions being lifted in London. It was a really really warm weekend and hot evening so I was really smug that I booked a hotel with air con! Arrival was easy as the hotel is a short walk from Paddington along the canal basin amongst the other tall buildings. Check-in was quick and simple and the lifts were quick getting to the rooms as the building is fairly modern. My room had a big king size bed, a sofa (think this converted into a sofa bed), TV, plenty of hanging space for clothes, tea and coffee making facilities and was very clean and tidy, especially during the main part of the pandemic. The bathroom was all modern and the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Being a Novotel, the toilet was in a separate bit by the door. I had the buffet breakfast which had a good choice of hot items (full English) as well as colder foods, the usual drinks etc. Location-wise, there are restaurants and a small supermarket nearby, as well as the big open auditorium to sit in. Overall I was really pleased with my stay - it was good value for a great location with really modern rooms.…
Recently had our second visit to this hotel and stayed in a suite room, room is great size and great value for money, features include 2 TVs, Large bathroom with seperate shower and bath as well as a powder room in the living room, dining table, sofa bed . Last here in 2018 and this was now our long overdue 2020 visit. Hotel in a good location with amenities very nearby and a nicely cleaned up and buzzing Paddington canal area with lively canal boat restraunts. Great proximity to Paddington station for travel. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and hotel quiet and relaxed. Already looking at booking another visit for next year
We stayed at the Novotel in Paddington for my nieces birthday trip. I contacted the hotel ahead of time to ask if we could put some banners in the room. On the day we rushed and left the banners at home. We left our baggage at the hotel early and the went into London. When we returned back to the hotel the staff had put balloons, banners, cake and a personalised card in the room which was a lovely touch. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, very attentive and helpful. The location is great, good selection of restaurants and shops nearby and next to Paddington Station.
I have Accor Gold status and because of this I received a welcome gift in the room and a drink in the bar ++ Good bed ++ location next to paddington station + friendly staff + breakfast was simple but good - it's all very old Are you satisfied and would you come back: Satisfied though, won't be back, would love to try the other accor or hilton options in London
We stayed here with our kids over the Easter weekend. The staff were decent about taking our bags as we had arrived early and they accommodated us. We sat in the bar to get some lunch while we waited to check in. The food was beautiful and there was plenty of it. My favourite part of our stay was the breakfast. They have something for everyone and the hot chocolate was lovely. The pool was also great but slightly wild at times as unsupervised. The location of this place is spot on. We flew into Heathrow and got the express to Paddington station. This hotel is less than a 5 min walk away. It's also beside restaurants and shops and has a lovely green area out the front. Overall the stay was brilliant and I've booked a different Novotel as we were very happy with our stay The only negative was the bar staff in the evening seemed really unhappy and it was difficult to get a drink at the bar because they took so long and the dinners took quite a while to come out also. It wasn't major but it was quiet so I can't imagine how it would be if busy. Also its totally cashless. Not a negative but just useful to know beforehand as I didn't realise and had brought sterling to pay for our stay. Well worth a visit and we will hopefully be back again in the future.…
my experience was very good. the bar was very nice and you could sit down and have breakfast, lunch and dinner. the room was very nice it was clean. the window did not open but there is Aircon in the room. it’s has a gym and a pool. the pool is not that big but it should-be big enough and the gym is very nice and it jas what you need . breakfast is very nice it has cheese and ham and a whole english breakfast with bread as well
On arriving, we were told that the family room that we had booked was not available due to certain circumstances so we’re offered two rooms with adjoining doors. This worked well for us as the children had more space to play. When asked for milk for the baby that evening, the bar staff gave us nice and hot milk immediately. On our last day, we wanted to visit the pool but realised that we would overrun checkout at 12pm, we called the hotel who kindly let us leave at 12.30 despite it being a busy bank holiday weekend and the room being booked that day. We’re very grateful that they allowed us to do this as getting two very excited children ready after a swim in the pool is an onerous task! Finally when we checked out, we asked Mark at the reception if the hotel had a prayer room which they didn’t but we were taken to the meeting room where we prayed our salah. We offered to pray in the vacant lobby outside but were very considerately offered the meeting room by Mark stating that we ‘would get more privacy’.. Travelled a lot but this hotel was one of the best purely because of staff and experience. Thank you!…
