Stayed for one night before catching the Eurostar. Spacious room. Adequate for our needs. We had one of the basement rooms. A bit noisy from back garden area (maybe Air Con Unit), but otherwise fine. Correspondence re self check in was emailed when said and an easy process. Overall we were happy with the room.

During the 2nd day of our stay our personal belongings was packed up by the housekeeper for some reason and we returned to the hotel with all our stuff in plastic bags! This left a really sour taste and was extremely unprofessional. Good luck with this establishment!

I stayed here for 2 nights and my stay was okay! Rooms were clean and tidy but nothing to fancy. The bathroom is very small but modern and clean so no problems there. The beds are not the comfiest as they moved extremely easily and are quite lumpy and loud when you move. The stairs are a complete hazard, far... More

We booked this 'luxury' hotel, the shower was OK, but there it ends. They have put a double glazed window inside of a sash window, meaning you cannot open the window, and it was very warm, no fan or air-conditioning. We were in the cellar (sorry basement room) and staircase is a health hazard, low doorway no signage, a tight... More

Stayed over with a friend and was expecting a fairly minimal set up however when we landed was pleasantly surprised. Thought and effort had gone into the interior. The room was bright and clean and slightly spacious for a London hotel. The room had beautiful long windows with window box flowers which made it feel slightly glam. Modern electronic keys... More

Can't complain for £50 a night (laterooms). The positives- the price, our room was clearly refurbished fairly recently and had a nice clean bathroom except for some limescale on the showerhead. Flat screen TV. Bed comfy.Mini shampoo and shower gel in bathroom.Kettle with teabags etc, even an iPod dock! The downsides-quite noisy with the window open and no air con,... More

Booked this hotel on late rooms, mainly as we needed 2 rooms, 1 being a family room. Good clean rooms, very small, but with every thing you need, en-suite, tea, coffee etc. Was around £59 for each room. Great value and easy walking distance from both St Pancras and Russell Sq Tube.

Had a fantastic three night stay at the Belle Cour Hotel with a friend. We were on the top floor which was quite the trek up four flights of stairs but nothing we couldn't handle! Superb location, around the corner from a small shopping centre, and five minutes from a tesco metro and the tube station. We spend most of... More

Access with an emailed code for the door. En suite was clean and tidy but room G is a bit noisy being by the front door and with rooms above. All round, a good hotel and does the job. There is a Sofa in room and tv so a good size. Power shower is nice and always had hot water
