So me and my partner have recently stayed at the Belle cour for one night for a little break away. So we arrived at the hotel at 13:00 we were greeted by the receptionist who said we could check in early all happy so far !. He informed us we were on the third floor (room 31), they were many...

The hotel is in a good location to get the tube or walk to the main areas of London. Parking is not available and only suitable if you are able to manoeuvre the stairs. The reception was closed when we arrived and we waited 15 minutes to get a response. We were shown to our room, it was basic, but...

Location is good to reach the tube. Lovely customer service. The room was comfortable, clean and price was really cheap. Good area to catch local amenities and food. Also the British museum was really close.

I booked this room through a hotel booking website and the rooms are described as having a "king bed or a double and single bed." This is clearly describing a room that either has a king bed or two beds (a double and single). When we got there it was just a small double bed. The website took care of...

First of all I want to if you you misunderstood the description from the website that not our fault. I have been explained you that we don't provide any king bed for double room and on website its clearly written that we don't have any lift still you make complain abut it. After our conversation HOTEL'S.com called me. I have...

As previously mentioned, it is not a hotel but more like a hostel, and an expensive one at that. Tiny room, not very well kept. As soon as we entered we noticed mismatched furniture, stains on the bed throw, missing bathroom cupboard handle, HALF filled hand wash and 'complimentary' shampoos and shower gels, we didn't even have a toilet roll...

We are very sorry about the hot water issue. The area has gas leaking outside our hotel and the British National grid came to disconnect gas. They promise to connect the gas in same date, however they delay the job and it took them two days to solve this issue. It is completely out of our control. Our company is...

This was probably leaning towards hostel than an actual hotel, good for short stay and sleep only when you out all day exploring LDN. I think their room size is quite spacious for LDN standard, and worth mentioning is the water pressure is amazing! Plus point, wifi works fine, too. Area outside of the room seems quite worn out but...

I stayed here for 3 nights with my girlfriend. It should be called a hostel not a hotel. There is only someone at the desk from 12:00 until 18:00. When you have a problem they have a number to call........which no one answers! Tiny room, very cold, paper thin walls (so you hear everything above and bellow). For the price...

Stayed for one night before catching the Eurostar. Spacious room. Adequate for our needs. We had one of the basement rooms. A bit noisy from back garden area (maybe Air Con Unit), but otherwise fine. Correspondence re self check in was emailed when said and an easy process. Overall we were happy with the room.

During the 2nd day of our stay our personal belongings was packed up by the housekeeper for some reason and we returned to the hotel with all our stuff in plastic bags! This left a really sour taste and was extremely unprofessional. Good luck with this establishment!

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
