Home from home.... We stay here on a regular occasion and we love the hotel, Especially the staff! Mr Witek who runs the bar/Restaurant I think is the most Welcoming person. He always looks after us and Goes the extra mile to make us all feel welcome. The Manager is also so lovely. I don’t know his name but he is so Professional at his job. This might sound like one of them reviews to big up all the staff But I can’t emphasise how awesome they are. Also the facilities are great / Rooms are spotless and in a great location.

How can you not love this place! The location is perfect, minutes from Paddington. I’ve stayed here many times, 100% satisfaction every time. Everyone is accommodating and friendly, they have helped me many times. It feels like home. Go to the restaurant and Mr. Witek (sp), absolutely the best. He is perfect. Helps with all my questions, great suggestions for menu. Arrived back late from a meeting, restaurant was closed, but he was more than willing to serve me. Give him a raise. I book this hotel because of him.

Visited the hotel on a weekend trip to London. Sign on the door to say check in at the adjoining Mercure as the hotels are owned by the same managing company. Check in was quick and efficient, with rooms ready for us to leave our bags. Rooms were clean and well kept and up to the usual indigo standards. Comfy bed and quiet surroundings made for a good night sleep. Had breakfast at the restaurant attached - Mr Witek is a real asset - gave attentive and friendly service. Breakfast was good value the right size and filled you up ready for the morning. Location of the hotel was a real benefit for us. It was handy for the tube and we were able to get around with limited line changes. Would definitely stop here again.

i chose the Hotel as it was close to Paddington Station and was easy to find. Checkin was confusing as i entered via the Hotel Indigo and found no one on the desk, it was after about 5 min that a lady said you need to checkin with the Mecure Hotel which is part of the same building. I was told that my room had been upgraded, it was clean and well kept and you have to leave a deposit in case of damages which i have never had before! I was meeting a colleague for dinner which luckily we found that the restaurant closed at 20:30, which mean we felt that we where imposing on the waiting staff as we didn't arrive until 20:10, as the serving was hanging about so it gave the impression that we where an inconvenience by dining so late. I had a good nights sleep and breakfast was served in the room owing to local tier restrictions in place. In the room was only a couple of coffee pods and no tea bags,which was annoying as i didnt notice till the following morning. i also asked for my IHG points to be added which i was assured and still hasnt taken place.

This place is linked to Mercury next door and you have to go through a brasserie to check in at their desk. Room itself was clean and modern with comfy bed, small bathroom but main issue is the amount of amenities with only 2 milk / coffee pods on offer. It’s in a good location but I was unhappy that an advertised early saver booking was actually more expensive than standard rate.
