Everything was fine for the price! Near metro station, cheap tesco store, Holland and Hyde park are in a foot distant near. Short travel to the best museums in the world! :) maybe some new showers. Breakfast was good.

I cannot recommend that hotel! Disgusting shower, broken "wardrobe" and overall dirty, run-down room. There were stains everywhere (on the carpet as well as the sheets) and the room was way to small for two people. Even though it is close to London Olympia, really not worth the money!

Having read a lot of the other reviews of this hotel, I was a bit dubious whether I had made the right selection for my visit to London Olympia. I was presently surprised that although it was not the best hotel I have ever stayed in, I did not find any problems with room 16, which is where we were...

Great location as very close to the station, £38 a night for two people! Breakfast kept us full till late afternoon with toast, jams, cheese, eggs, cereal, juice, tea and decent coffee. Hotel very toasty but room came with fan and window. Bed was nice, extra pillows we didn't need. Didn't use tv as was just a place to sleep...

Very good location for Olympia Conference Centre. Room price (on offer) was very reasonable for Central London. However, broken glass in room, no extra blankets available, rubbish breakfast. Shower over toilet takes "wet room" to a whole new level!

Soo many bad reviews of this place... you wonder what people expect when they show up!? I stayed a single night during my time in London for the GBBF. The staff were friendly, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean... that's all that really mattered. Oh, and the fan, THANKFUL THERE WAS A FAN (combined with an open window...

I like to focus on the positive and forget the negative. With that in mind I shall say that staff were friendly, however, I cannot delete from my mind the rubbish dumped outside, the dirty laundry strewn in the corridors and down the stairs, the dirt stained walls, which, if washed would probably come clean, the bunker style breakfast room...

Dear Guest, I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your stay. Holland Inn Hotel is a 2 star guest house in Kensington (the second most expensive district in the UK). As for the room status, it is well featured on Booking.com that some of the rooms do not have window. Alternatively AC is in place which was...
