Although the hotel is in good area for what we needed to do but From the beginning the reciopionist Mr Benjamin has been dealing with us in very offensive way Never smile ,talking in some unacceptable to us The way of managing our reservation wasn’t good at all There is a breakfast of self catering kitchen with only few staff Wasn’t that expensive The bed mattress not good I wish I had talk with the manager because Mr Benjamin way had made us stressed from the beginning
Needed to do some business in Bow and stayed here for a short while. Was very happy with it. It was quiet, the room was good and the building was fully central heated and warm. Wi-Fi and TV. I had a room facing Bow Road and it was a pleasant couple of days. Good value for money as well for London prices, it is situated about 800m from Bow Road tube station. Over the road opposite is a great East End boozer called the Little Driver.
Shower was decent and bed was relatively clean but also had stains on the sheets. They put in an extra bed for one night which was brilliant and only £20. The staff were not overly friendly either. Honestly it was a lot of money to spend on a very basic hotel however the location was good.
Not so fancy but for this price you can’t really want something better. Old-fashioned but clean, with good public transport connection. Pretty disappointing self-service breakfast, that was a big minus. Daily cleaning.
Stayed here at short notice after unexpectedly taken ill and being unable to get to our original destination. The hotel may not be in the most salubrious of places but let's not forget it is in Bow and for me it was perfect. The young man on the desk was helpful and we were given an en-suite room to the rear. It was neat and clean and those bed sheets felt like silk. The shower room was narrow but functional and clean. Breakfast was included in the price which made this a very cheap deal. The breakfast room is down a narrow set of stairs and you just help yourself. I would suggest that this is not the ideal place to stay if you are physically disabled. I read on some of the reviews about a police station being opposite the hotel and hence being noisy. The police station is actually some way along the road and in our experience the siren noises were more to do with ambulances. I think it needs to be remembered, this is an inner city location and it is cheap. Close proximity to tube station means it could be used as a cheap option to explore London. Overall we were happy and would stay here again.…
