we book this hotel, apparently very well organized and immediately we have to change our mind. before our arrival, the structure asks with several emails if you are interested in anticipating the check in ... scheduled for 2 pm. we arrive at the structure - very beautiful, nothing to say - and we take a seat at a multimedia table dedicated to automatic checkin.. we start the accreditation and we are immediately greeted by a girl who arrives at the last minute and without any courtesy greeting. the same rudely and shrewdly closes the screen in use canceling the operation and invites us to wait for two pm. we point out that strutyura herself wrote to us and that we thought we could proceed. we repeat the two and take the luggage. at 13 we return to the structure: people entering, people leaving ... no rules and everyone at the terminals: we and a couple pay for the room and let's complete the booking. the machine does not print the cards ... the assistant arrives again and closes the applications again and reiterates the two. meanwhile we receive booking notice that the hotel can anticipate the checkin. I try to at least ask for the bag with the charger: I am asked to explain carefully which bag I need because I can't go in to see my luggage in storage. perhaps one thing was overlooked: it's not you who honors customers with your presence ... you pay for a service ... at least education and coordination. I'm curious to know at 14 pm how you will seat us all together and in what order…
After two busy days of work I really felt super comfty staying at citizenM London Tower: savoury food and a glass of wine, the City skyline unfolding in front of my eyes and then just take the elevator and go to bed!
Great hotel for the art decor lover. Very tech oriented and well laid out. Location is good and right next to Tower Hill on the circle line. The food options are good and also affordable for London prices
I think it is a bit too expensive when I think of what is included. The rooms are very small, and there are no service. Everything is do it yourself, therefore the price is way to high. If you keep this price you have to make sure there are more ambassedors at work.
If you have stayed at a CitizenM Hotel before you know what to expect. Everything is 'just right', friendly service and very efficient. Rooms are great - ours looked out onto the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. There was a main road directly below our room but we slept right through on both nights of our stay. Great location, over the tube station and moments from Tower Bridge and all the amenities in the area. I would come back again.
Cleanliness in the bathroom was a big let down, and as I rate hygiene highly this was disappointing. I really like the concept of the hotel and the rest of the room was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent location in London and the views from our room were exceptional. The IPad to control the room was very easy to use. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help if needed. Check in and out was simple enough. If we are in London again we would stay here.
Fanastic location for sight-seeing in the area and literally right above Tower tube station so could not be easier to get further afield in London. The hotel is a little oasis of cool gadgets, interesting objects/art and great coffee and awesome Sky Bar views. Futuristic rooms with app control is a genius touch and I now feel bereft back at home. We had a room facing The Tower with huge window, unbeatable view, and really helpful lovely staff.
As a place to recharge after a long work day this hotel was superb. From the friendly staff to the awesome interior it was a pleasure to stay. The location was perfect and allowed a 10min walk to my venue past the Tower of London. I look forward to my next business trip and hope there is a Citizen M nearby that I can stay at.
Great and very convenient place to stay the room was very clean and modern. Only thing it was misunderstanding that we supposed to have a view on to the outside of building so you could see Tower Bridge but that was not the case. But then we only stayed there in the evening and travel around London during the day.
