Best hotel in Liverpool.Over the last 18 months my partner and I have stayed 6 times and it's always a wonderful experience, from the moment we arrive until we leave.First class professional receptionist, incredible large rooms with everything you need plus great view and 5 star breakfast. Great to see they are back open and can't wait to return for my partner's birthday on the 19 August.....If anyone looking for a great hotel in fantastic location look no further than the Pullman.😉

I loved this hotel. First of all it was so easy to drive to and it's a great central location, right on the banks of the Mersey within an easy walk of wherever you want to go to in Liverpool. After a bit of uncertainty re-parking - you should park in the massive multi-storey 2 mins from hotel before checking in - Rebecca on reception was so friendly and welcoming. Lovely bar area and a superb fish-specialist restaurant although it does other great food for meaties and veggies (and, I think, vegans). Found it hard to choose what to go for as several dishes really appealed but the salmon was just perfect. Good selection of wines too. Likewise, breakfast was very good with a comprehensive selection of just about everything you could want. I thought hotel was very reasonably priced both for accommodation and the restaurant. Some great eateries and bars nearby and a lively social scene. I will definitely go back as soon as I can.

This is a really lovely looking hotel and they are trying to make it a superior experience for everyone. I had two issues that seriously compromised my enjoyment of the stay. First: the pillows are a nightmare. I found that even the smaller of the two offered was so firm and so reactive, in a memory foam sort of way, that my neck and back hurt within minutes. My friend found the same in her room. A softer, squishy pillow for ladies with short necks or, indeed, children, would be welcome. I ended up pulling the duvet up and using part of that to cushion my head in a way that I could get to sleep. Second: I was here on business and trying to put on my makeup was just impossible with the sort of lighting that the room had that was anywhere near a mirror. Designed by men, for men. Take your shortest lady staff member up to have a look at the facilities from her point of view. Thanks.

We booked here for 2 nights for a weekend break arriving by car. Its position was perfect as it is in the “ Waterfront” area and very easy to get to. An easy walk to Albert Dock though a little further into the city itself. The hotel staff are nice and helpful, our room on the 7th floor provided excellent views. The room was amongst the best with a very comfortable kingsize bed and a spacious bathroom with walk in shower area. Breakfast was buffet style and was tasty (not had such tasty raspberries since I was young.....) again staff nice and helpful. Please note though that although the website says “parking” this is adjacent public parking and £15 for 24 hours. I think this should be made clearer when booking.

When we arrived at the hotel there was a doorman to great us and tell us where reception was. We had a room on the 6th floor looking towards the big wheel and a side view of the Mersey. The rooms are very spacious with a very large, comfortable bed which we got a very good nights sleep. The bathrooms are also large with a lovely waterfall shower. We had breakfast included in our room package and it was plentiful with a vast choice of hot and cold all very well made and presented. On one of our nights after a day of sight seeing we chose room service which we was delivered very promptly and was delicious, the creme brulee is the best I have ever tasted. Parking was at a car park next to the hotel at £15 a day . This is a great hotel with really friendly staff.
